First time visit. Our server was awesome. He had an awesome personality and really made the visit a pleasure . He recommended the Maryland 50/50 crab soup. It's 50% cream of crab and 50% Maryland crab. Great recommendation! One of my favorite soups now. The fried shrimp tacos were very good and I would get them again.
We were in town visiting our daughter and looking for a place to have dinner on 7/6/24. We had a few very good options and I'm so glad we chose Yellowfins. It was a Saturday evening around 7 and we waited no longer than 10 minutes to be seated. Drinks arrived quickly and were delicious. The food was also flavorful and was prepared perfectly. I can not stress enough how much you need to try the cakes for dessert if you happen to visit. Delicious doesn't say enough! A truly wonderful visit and we will be returning for sure. The staff are all very friendly and our server Shannon K was amazing!!!
$-$$. A surprisingly delightful experience that I will be going back for. A creative, consistent, and comfort food focused bar and grill who's menu is perfectly balanced to fit all tastes that walk through the door. The service was very welcoming, attentive, positive and knowledgeable of the menu and helped with recommendations. Alterations to menu items were accepted. The place was well lit with the only thing to note being the noise level which was higher and requires a slightly elevated voice to speak at the table. Shout out to David our waiter and the rest of the wait staff for exceptional service!
Would recommend the buffalo chicken dip appetizer which has the perfect balance of buffalo to cheese with the right amount of kick (heat).
The food was good the drinks were horrible. Sodas flat with an after taste. Lemonade watered down. Sweet tea wasn’t sweet. The manager was very nice and we decided to just stick with water.The first time I came it was good as well. But to have to wash my meal down with water was unfortunate this time I just didn’t want to keep trying different drinks and being disappointed .But this time the service wasn’t as good. The waitress wasn’t mean, but she wasn’t very good at checking in on us. The manager was very nice. Atmosphere is very nice restaurant was very cold. We had to put Our hoodies on and zipper it up. I will be back, but hopefully next time a better experience.
First time here. Busy on a Friday at 6pm.
We were able to snag 2 seats at the bar and didn't wait at all. Seemed like a lot of locals there and we fit right in. The food was great. We had fried green beans, fried oysters and a cheesesteak. We would definitely go again
The Mahi Mahi appetizer was wonderful. My husband also sampled it and agreed. I chose blackened Mahi Mahi with the sweet Thai sauce. Also pictured is my husband’s soup which he really really enjoyed. We will be back!
Food was good. Jumbo steamed shrimp were right on point. We dined outside and the service was okay. The server's time was split between waiting tables and bartending. That caused a delay in service. We ended up asking another server to assist us at one point in ordering something additional. Not sure if that is the regular way the outside area is handled. The servers were friendly and engaging. Overall food was good and live music was entertaining. I'd certainly dine there again when I'm in town.
Myself and a few friends decided to come here for our "fancy" night out while on vacation. I ordered the crab cake sandwich with onion rings, one girl had the jerk chicken sandwich and fries while the other lady had the fish, fries and apple sauce. We all enjoyed our food very much even though the one girl said the jerk chicken was a little spicy for her. We all ordered soda to drink but they did have a plentiful selection of alcoholic drinks and a few mocktails. We enjoyed it so much, we bought our host for the weekend a gift card so she and her family could try them out. The waitresses were also very kind and made sure we had everything we needed.
