Clean and relaxing atmosphere. Waitstaff was attentive and professional. The Food was impeccable! Wonderful to have the Yellow Rose in my list of go to restaurants from today on. A true Jersey dinner experience! You will not regret it!
We had classic diner food that hits the spot and sticks to your ribs. I had fish and chips: Crisp AF fried fish perfectly cooked with thick cut fries that you could still taste the potato and a creamy coleslaw. My wife had cheese ravioli Parmesan: Great red sauce, cheese and tasty ravioli with a nice side salad
It seems that they prefer to serve a certain kind of people over others so I recommend not going to this establishment you have to treat everyone with respect, the owner walked passed various tables asking if they’re good but not once to us even tho I know she saw us but didn’t want to make eye contact. I went to the bathroom for 1 min and they want to kick my dad off the booth to serve their white skin customers like I’m sorry we paid for this service so they came 4 times to kick him out but not once to check if we’re fine but only asked us if we needed anything as they’re giving the check! Like what if I did want something else it just seemed very rude and unprofessional. They discriminated us so I’d think twice before coming in!
Typical diner. Have been there before. Summer its crazy. Now easy to get a table. Fast service good food. Good coffee. What else do u want. I had empanadas my friend chopped steak. All good
First time going to this diner . I was sceptic at first but once I seen and tasted the food I was very surprised. It’s really good . I had a steak with crab cakes and French onion soup. It was delicious. Will be going back !
Was a regular but it's time to move on. Waitress had attitude, never came back after bringing our food, no eye contact. Never came back to see if we needed anything which we did. We ended up getting check from cashier. We expressed our disappointment but she really didn't know what to say. Tables are old and sticky from using wrong cleaners and place is freezing.
Breakfast and lunch food are great. Owner is very nice.
Absolutely love going to the Yellow Rose, the waitress was absolutely awesome ???? went above and beyond for my children and I! Truly is a local treasure. Good Food, Good People= Good Times! ????
I was really impressed with the burger here, it was humongous; about the size of a pancake and half an inch thick. They even have Swiss cheese, and the price was unbeatable for such a huge meal. However, the real star of the show was the young lady who answered the phone with the most exceptional attitude and enthusiasm that I had to say thanks , it's rare to get such an awesome response to an order and that kind of service really means alot . Thanks ya'll
