The staff, food, drinks, atmosphere and owner, Joel, were awesome! They are an awesome Mexican restaurant with authentic Mexican food and original ideas! I would recommend this restaurant to everyone! We went during their holiday season and they have really cool festive drinks and decor! The snow every 30 minutes is an awesome idea I’ve never seen before! Thank you Yellow Rosa! We will be back when we are in the Dallas area!!
We traveled from out of town to experience the snowing every 30 minutes. It was fun with a side of cheese-ball. Exactly what we expected. Food was pretty decent. The entrance feels a little bit like a speak easy which was cool! It’s loud in the restaurant but that didn’t bother our group. Worth the visit if you’re a Christmas seeker kind of person!
We decided to make a family dinner and check out the fancy restaurant that snows every 30 minutes! The food was amazing! We had the appetizer which was ceviche! Very tasty! The quesadillas shrimp tacos and enchiladas were also very delicious! I will mention that they add a 18% gratuity to the bill for a party of 7. But other then that it was a great experience:)
Great pre-anniversary drinks and appetizers. Got the Naughty Elf, Christmas in a Cup (Peppermint Pour) and a Mexican Olaf along with Quesabirria Eggrolls (birria and soft melted cheese into an eggroll shell). All were phenomenal. Bartender, Guillermo was a delight. It snows at intervals and has a fun vibe. Of note, outer building markings are minimal ( a yellow rose painted on the building fascia and also on the concrete at the doors base. A large metal door with a small window to talk to inside staff is present at the entrance. Will definitely like to come back. I would like to recommend making a reservation as we were lucky and were able to be squeezed it.
I had a really good time at Yellow Rosa. The atmosphere was inviting and a mariachi was available to perform at tables. The food was well prepared and delicious. Try the breakfast tacos and a cocktail.

What an amazing atmosphere and environment. Never have we experienced such a warm and welcoming and festive environment. From the music, food, festivities and service… LOOK NO FURTHER!

Truly enjoyed every minute . Drinks and food were so good and filling. Wish a bit more was included for the price but no major complaints. I would love to back and try something else ☺️. Bonus points for the snow falling during the Christmas season
Los huevos divorciados were flavorless , it was more like food coloring no taste at all, las carnitas en salsa verde were flavorless and very salty. The black beans are good the rise is just simple greasy rice , the ceviche was good but not delicious. The best thing were the Aguachiles they were Delicious they saved the day! The Mariachi Band is Awesome!! Almost forgot the queso with Pastor wasn’t good either. The pastor was just simple dry meat with some color.
