This is a nice, quaint ice cream shop that offers hot food as well.
There's not a lot of seating inside, but there is additional seating outside.
The BLT is delicious, and the food portions are huge, so be prepared to share fries and tots. We will definitely try the ice cream on our next trip.
Kind of a dive but clean. Great greasy food and a fantastic array of really good ice cream. Super crispy bacon on the BLT. Nice that it's open later than many nearby places.
I got a sundae and OMG, it was HUGE! It would've fed at least 3 people. I made it halfway through before I had to stop. It was the Reese peanut butter sundae. The servers were all very friendly. The place was clean.
stopped in for a burger and fries. the people were friendly, but the line is packed for ice cream and expect long waits with poor parking access. the food was really just OK, not something we would go back for. also the cleanliness of the restaurant was suspect, don't know how they pass inspection.
The cashier Araz was very funny and polite. The food was great and the prices were great. When I am back in this town again, I will be coming back again. I would recommend them.
We went on Memorial Day around 145-2pm. I understand it's a holiday, and it's busy, but nothing was said that they were backed up on orders for 20-30 min when we placed our order. They were doing the best they could, so definitely 'A' for effort, but the food wasn't that good. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich that I saw sit and wait at least 5-7 min after it was done on the counter between an IPad and hotdogs machine, had no buttery grilled cheese flavor. The cheese wasn't all the way melted would not recommend. My husband ordered a chili dog and was told that it came with relish and a few other condiments he wanted the hot dog as it comes. It came with nothing but the chili, so he was confused when it arrived. I would say go when it's slow, if there is ever such a case, or just stick to ice cream or pre-order your meals.
My family had lunch here today and it was fabulous. I had a hot dog that was wonderful (and messy with the chili) but we also had mozzarella sticks, and a turkey club. Everything tasted great and the portions were plenty. The ice cream was so good. I highly recommend the Praline….my favorite. If you are ever in the Charleston/Mt. Pleasant area, do yourself a favor and stop by.
Great location for ice cream and old fashioned diner food. Very popular customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend it. Black Cherry was Delicious.
