My family and I ordered from this restaurant for dinner and spent $50 and only received this (see picture) which feeds about 2 ppl. When we called to address the issue, there was no compromise or compassion for selling us these small portions at an overpriced rate. We could’ve been forgiven had the customer service been better. Do not recommend.
Oxtail with Mac and cheese is great but stick with the small size, not sure if the "large" size is really worth it.

Be patient, it is slow but worth the wait.

Their soup is great too but it's not always available.
Jerk chicken is not spicy or anything so I avoid it.
Great food. Nice portions. Pleasant staff. Been coming here for years. It's my go-to takeout whenever I visit New York. Food is consistently great.
The young lady at the counter was very sweet and accommodating. Food from here was just what my life needed in that moment. We ordered the Jerk pork, Oxtail with rice and peas, cabbage and mac n cheese. Caribbean flavor through and through. I also purchased the bun and cheese. So fragrant and delicious as well.
Food prices have tripled here! For a Jerk chicken with rice and 2 sides, it costs about 23 dollars. I also had to pay for some gravy on my rice! Many more reasonable tasty Jamaican food around.
Great price and very generous portions. We ordered a small oxtail & beans with rice and mac and cheese, which was enough for two people. Food tastes delicious. We called and were able to pick it up within 15 minutes.
Never again... There is a new girl, with blond hair, just plain rude and nasty. When I try to request for management she refuse to get them. The other two girls, was was willing to help and was very nice and professional, to help with my order. Also my girlfriend had the same experience, and will not be returning again.
I order a large jerk chicken meal & in the notes I asked for stew chicken sauce. They don’t read the notes because a number of times I asked for sauce and they didn’t give me it. I decided to call the restaurant and ask them to put the sauce. The lady that I was on the phone with said she would do it & look At what I got. This is very disappointing, I was hungry & was expecting sauce NOT DRY FOOD. On the receipt you see my notes & they still couldn’t follow directions… ridiculous
