We came for dinner in a Friday night and got right in without a reservation. They have tons of beers, and you can make your own flight to try four at a time. The menu was substantial, about of things looked good. I settled on the steak bowl, with a chicken tortilla soup. Because of the large menu, I was expecting frozen food, tough steak etc, but I was pleasantly surprised.
The soup was delicious. Creamy, hot, and fresh. It had little bits of avocado on top and big chunks of chicken. Delicious. The steak bowl had some of the best cooked steak I have ever had. Super tender and perfectly cooked.
Beer was good, food was excellent, and service was great. And you can’t beat the people watching from the patios.
The yard house was great for dinner last night! We had the poke nachos for appetizers which was delicious! I had the mediterranean salmon, which was very good! Fiancé had the blue cheese and bacon burger which she liked a lot.
For drinks had the espresso martini which was great. And their dragon fruit Cosmo, which was really good! For dessert we had the crème brûlée and the bread pudding, we all loved the bread pudding, the crème brûlée was pretty good, but not our favorite.
Had good service for how busy it was, they still stayed on top of it. Inside and outside looks nice and clean, nice place for a date or night out with friends.
Great selection of beer (loved the build-your-own flights) and an eclectic mix of dishes. The food is surprisingly good -- I expected the mix of bar food and Asian seafood dishes to be odd, but we ordered a mix of everything and all the dishes were fantastic! The portions are huge, so order accordingly!
Excellent food and service! I love the Yard House—they have such a vast menu with plenty of options and I’m never disappointed with the quality of the items. Reasonably priced too. I ordered the seared tuna sandwich which was phenomenal. Very flavorful and would definitely order it again. The spinach dip appetizer was great as well—I just wish they gave more dip.
I also loved my drink! I got the Pineapple Express and it was tasty.
Amazing experience tonight! Our server was welcoming and friendly and matched our goofy energy. Our drinks, appetizers, and main dishes were great! Great bar/restaurant atmosphere, especially to watch sports. Great proximity to the baseball stadium, shopping, hotels, etc.
Long wait time to get in on Red Sox Gameday. Food was good and they have a great selection of beer. House Give ‘Em Helles was good and chicken nachos were huge! Bathroom was out of paper towels and a mess.
Great place resisted after 10 years and was still as amazing as I remember. Good food, friendly staff, nice and clean facility. And lots of taps!
Great place in Boston for dinner and drinks with friends before a game or concert. The Baja shrimp tacos were surprisingly amazing. Our espresso martinis were made delicious and dark. Lemon pepper tenders were crispy and tasty. Ordering drinks on the tablet was extremely convenient and fairly hasty. I really liked that as some great spots take a while for cocktails.
