Can I say it?? This place just doesn't disappoint! Every time we come, we are in awe of the decor, the front desk attendants, the servers... and EACH DISH both arriving at our table and those passing by. Today we had the Chicken Nachos and the Kale and Romaine Caesar Salad with Salmon... perfection. I double-dare you to try it‼️
The vibe is modern and lively, with an industrial look, and plenty of TVs around the bar. It’s spacious, comfortable, and fits groups of all sizes. The menu has something for everyone and big portions that are great for sharing. They offer popular brews, seasonal options, and some unique craft selections. Service can vary depending on how busy it is. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, especially with recommendations and dietary needs.
I have been here a couple of times now. Our server did an amazing job suggesting things because some of my party had never been there. The Korean Chilli wings are delicious. I got the gumbo with noodles. Burger hat huge. Prices are very fair
We were seated after 5 to 10 min. of waiting. We actually joined the waitlist but we were late so we got removed. The lady receptionist were not happy that we came late so she had us wait to be seated. Server was nice but because the place was crowded for dinner time on a Tuesday night we had to wait a bit for drinks. What we were surprised was our food got cooked really fast. I just hoped this place don’t put too much spices on their food. Was surprised that our Brussel Sprouts appetizer was way too spicy as well as the rice that came in with our Taco order. First time here and we think there are better places to try nearby. The food was just okay.
My husband and I were invited out with friends celebrating my friend’s birthday! The atmosphere was really great for a Wednesday evening. The 1st thing I noticed they must be known for their alcoholic beverages on the menu was three front pages of alcoholic drinks. On line the food menu was vast but apparently some items were cut from the menu. The really nice and attentive waitress gave the impression that they would do a made to order of items missing from the menu. ???? I ordered the onion ring tree for appetizers which was tasty. Not the same the next day for leftovers. I had the fish and chips which was good. I didn’t care for the spicy tartar sauce nor the coleslaw. My husband was chowing down on the steak sandwich, friend’s husband had the pork chops he loved. My friend had the shrimp with noodles which looked good. I would recommend this place for a nice friend outing or for family.
Everything here was amazing, the happy hour had way too good of deals I couldn’t believe it. Our check only came out to $31 before tip with 2 fountain drinks, a mushroom pizza, calamari appetizer & a very LARGE plate of chicken nachos. Our server was named Jess I believe. She was very sweet & attentive although they were really busy. Will definitely be back.
We have been to the Yard House twice. The first time, we went to just have some drinks. Our server was awesome! He explained to us how to use the ordering system and gave us different recommendations on drinks. He even noticed I didn't like one of my drinks and swapped it out for a different one for free. Great service! I wish I remembered his name. I do know he had a face tattoo if that helps.
The second time, we went for dinner with friends. The server this time was rude. She didn't bother showing us the ordering system. She did it herself. She told my husband that he couldn't have a beer and a mixed drink. It had to be one or the other. She cut us off when we were ordering our food, so my husband ended up eating some of my pizza because she never bothered taking his food order.
The drinks are great! The atmosphere is great! We aren't going to let one bad apple stop us from going again. We will be back.
I ordered a bunch of appetizers for the table and they were delicious. A big hit with the crowd for sure. The fried part of the calamari fell off too quickly but it was still enjoyable. The cheese curds don’t squeak the same way they usually do, but was still a nice snack.
