First time trying them since my sister wanted to go with the family. So 8 of us go there for their happy hour deal. Needless to say, service was perfect, food came out super quick, waitress was very attentive, and the best of all, price is right for happy hour menu. I just find the lighting is very dark/dim. But to each everyone's taste. 100% will try to go there again for another meal.
'Yes please', is all I have to say when someone asks me if I'd like to go to The Yard House! What a cool environment at the Lynnfield Market Place! Go there and you'll be treated to incredible food and a massive drink selection. I make this my place to eat when I'm here!
First of all just wanted to mention the hospitality was above and beyond. Alexandra was exceptional and very attentive. Now the menu had a lot of great choices for apps,drinks and entrees. The food was exceptional. Cheesesteak and Bleu cheese bacon burger that were cooked to perfection. All we got say is that this place is very well managed and it shows. Everything was beyond words.

Such a great big place with tons of food options so there is something for someone to eat. Half priced apps during happy hour is definitely worth it! Food comes out fast so you're not waiting for ever. You can also order food by the kiosk and pay that is on the table.
I recommend the app blackend ahi sashimi!
Great spot to go with family and or friends. Today we had Steph outside on the patio. She was amazing. Cheerful and bubbly. Fun to talk to and very attentive. Good help makes a good business*** More servers like her are needed in the industry!!
Yard House in Lynnfield is a fantastic spot! The food is excellent with a great variety to choose from, and the prices are really reasonable. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, and the service is friendly and attentive. I love the Coconut Passion cocktail, made with pineapple, passion fruit, coconut rum, and banana rum—it was absolutely delicious! I’ll definitely be back to enjoy this place again!
