I wanted to share my experience from my recent visit to celebrate my 29th birthday with my family. We were all excited, as we often enjoy dining at Yard House.
However, there were a few issues that impacted our experience.
Firstly, my parents had been trying to get the server’s attention for a while, which delayed our orders. My brother also ended up ordering an appetizer with his meal because he had waited so long.
I ordered the ribeye steak medium well, but it arrived medium rare. When I requested it to be cooked more, it returned quickly , but my plate including the ramekin , mashed potatoes was hot and dry, likely due to being microwaved. What a waste of great steak. Additionally, the server did not check in on me during the meal, which added to my disappointment.
While I appreciate the effort and will continue to visit Yard House, I may choose to avoid special occasions in the future.
Update: I have nothing against the server, he’s nice and all. And we appreciate him for his service. And for helping us celebrate 3 October birthdays
Yard House has consistently delivered a pleasant lunch and dinner experience each time I have returned. The restaurant is located within a hotspot for dining and entertainment. Yard House prepares their food with tender love and care, and flavors that keep customers returning for more. Their service is welcoming, informative, and highly attentive. Yard House provides a nice atmosphere to hangout solo, or with friends, family, and loved ones.
I encourage you to sample a beer or cocktail along with a selection of appetizers and an entree. I recommend the chicken tortilla soup, parmesan truffle fries, boneless chicken wings, lobster garlic noodles, and their new Korean ribeye marinated in sweet soy sauce and ginger.
Honestly, very pleasantly surprised! Great happy hour, lots of options. Had the most attentive service! Drinks were amazing- the black orchid tastes like a jolly rancher. The food was also really good!
The service was outstanding. We had a wonderful waitress, Roxy, who took care of us. She was very mindful and had great suggestions. She was genuinely kind and patient. The menu had a variety to choose from. Spinach dip 8/10. Pineapple Express, sweet & can’t taste the alcohol just the way I like it 10/10. Grey Goose Mule 10/10. An inviting atmosphere with the dim lighting and music.
Came here to watch an NBA game and it did not disappoint. They had a lot of screens to watch from. The service was amazing and food tasted great. My favorite was the poke nachos, I highly recommend getting it as an appetizer.
The service was super SUPER slow, especially since the place was empty, but I have to say that the Nachos were first rate yummy. I will definitely be back for those.
Came here for happy hour and tried out multiple items from their menu. For drinks, I ordered a Grand Patron Margarita, and later, a Coco Passion. Both drinks were delicious and wonderfully made. For food, we ordered the pepperoni and mushroom pizza, chicken nachos, and boneless wings (whiskey black pepper and Buffalo). The food was great and came out hot!
Our waitress was amazing and attentive and the pricing was spot on for a happy hour! The only issue was the women’s bathroom - it was terrible - but we did make sure to let someone know!
Love this place because the food is great, but also they have an excellent beer selection! That's kind of hard to find sometimes if you're an IPA lover. ????
