Came here for a friend’s birthday ???? and the food was delicious and the service was good, had a great time and you can eat and enjoy watching some sports around the bar area. Definitely recommend for a good time.
I recently dined at the Ridge Hill, Yonkers location of this restaurant I’ve enjoyed before, but sadly, this visit was less than stellar. While the service was generally good, it wasn’t without its hiccups. The server forgot part of our order, and I received the wrong beverage, though they did correct it promptly when I pointed it out.
The biggest downside, however, was the cleanliness. The seating area left much to be desired; it was dirty and had an unpleasant odor, which made the dining experience uncomfortable.
As for the food, it was a mixed bag. We had the fried calamari for apps which was pretty good. I had the steak bowl, which was delicious, but my husband’s orange chicken was just average as it was overly sweet. Considering how great my experience was at another location, I was disappointed that this one didn’t measure up. Overall, the experience was satisfactory at best, with the unsanitary seating area being the most concerning aspect. I expected better, especially given the quality of other locations.
So this was my second time at this location. The environment is nice calm family oriented. Our waiter was kind but disengaged. No smiles or cheerfulness. The food was good. My bf got the orange chicken with rice and it was extremely flavorful, real chicken and the sauce was good. I ordered the cheesesteak with white American. It was ok but something was really strong in the seasoning but still was good overall. Plus I got some Asian flavor so I think some of my meat may have been some how mixed with the Korean cheesesteak. I definitely had a bite or two of Asian flare in my cheesesteak. The drink my bf ordered was good and as usual I had a Chardonnay.
Overall it was nice. A great experience very family oriented
Great experience. Blendon was our server and was pleasant, informative, and attentive to our table. Food was delicious and drinks were well made. Would recommend.
Service: The happy hour half-price on food was killer great. The drinks were not as strong, but I guess since they were half-priced, they were half as strong. Either way, the food had damn good flavor, and the server was receptive to everything. ???? prices weren't so bad. The seating area was good. Overall great place for a date, celebration, or just a get-together.
Great place to hang out with Friends and Family..! Went for Dinner with a group of friends, and we had a great time. Appetizer portions were a tad smaller than expected but they all tasted pretty good. Huge variety of options to choose from, be it food or drinks. Staff were fringe and helpful, and the service was pretty quick as well, especially considering the Holdiay Rush. Splitting the Check was a breeze with their payment system. Wish all restaurants use it.
Called to order one desert for pick up, when an employee answered the phone I said I would like to order one thing. The employee replied that he had to sit some customers and for me to hold, I was put on hold for 20+min. I had to order online while still being in hold. Walked into the restaurant, still on hold and the phones were ringing with no host’s attending. Then an employee came to assist me while the phone was ringing with my call on hold. I said I liked to speak to the manager, before the manager came they finally answered the phone and I said I’m at the front desk and I need a manager. They were surprised I was on hold while being there while still waiting for a manager. When the manager finally came he apologized and said they were busy when the restaurant was clearly empty. Every time I go there there is always an issue, waiters, food quality, and overall service. I only go there for their bread pudding desert and every time they forget to put utensils. I just asked for Ute and the manager said Ridgehill forbids them to provide utensils for take out. This whole experience is unacceptable.
Very good place to hang out with your family and friends. My favorite appetizer is the onion rings tower. A great selection of beers and drinks. There is a tablet in your table that you can see the menu, order and also request the check, very helpful!
