Best WLM Reviews

Came to this restaurant for dinner for the second day of my company event in Seattle. The restaurant itself had a great interior atmosphere and was very cozy. Good for a gathering, and there are TVs for watching sports as well.
I believe the restaurant is not yet prepared to accommodate large group dining. There are around 30+ of us, and after ordering, we waited 1 hour+ for the food to start serving to our two large tables. My menu consists of steak & fries, tomato bisque, and chocolate lava cake. The steak I asked for medium rare, but the steak came well done, and it is quite tough to eat as well. The chocolate lava cake was great, with the warm chocolate lava filling oozing out.
The staff are friendly and kind but the food service is quite slow. They forgot my starter, and it showed up after my main course.
Great atmosphere, service was attentive and knowledgeable. Our waiter even suggested to wait for 10 more minutes before we order since happy hour was about to start:) huge beer selection, great appetizers also their carnivore pizza was really good.
You get half price on many of the appetizers and all pizzas between 3-6 pm.
Chicken tenders are fresh and dressings taste homemade. Food was a bit lukewarm but still good. Passionfruit refresher was good, but not worth $8 compared to the same price of a beer or comparable drink for a non-alcoholic beverage. Service was good albeit sometimes a bit slow but likely because I was at the bar and not drinking. Overall happy, would recommend.
We had a last minute gathering at The Yard without any reservation. They quickly accommodated our group of 12, despite being busy. Our waiter was very patient and supportive and our order arrived in no time. Every meal was very tasty and the beer too! I personally recommend the Salmon Mediterranean, but I know people enjoyed their steaks and burgers as well! Prices were reasonable considering location and quality
With no Buffalo Wild Wings in west lake anymore, yardhouse fills a much needed void for multi purpose sports bar for the downtown Seattle area. The servers are knowledgeable about their beer and extremely helpful and service oriented . During their most crowded times, bar service is stellar and still fantastic. They have half half food items for happy hour and 2 bucks off drinks I draft. Can’t wait to watch my next game here.
Sports bar atmosphere with elevated food. My friends had eaten at a sister restaurant in Kansas City and recommended it. It was great! They are known for having dozens of beers on tap, but they also have wine. I found a nice glass of Merlot to go with my Steak Bowl.
Surprisingly not the least affordable place we visited in Seattle—that’s saying something for a city that’s known for being expensive.
The service and atmosphere were better than the food. The quality was fine—no complaints—but it was just…okay. The salad seemed like a typical store-bought package and the “spicy” burger was laughably tame.
The drinks were good, though, and so were the fries. I don’t know—it was all around fine. With so many options in such a big city, there’s just no reason to settle. If you’re nearby and can’t drive or ride somewhere else, you absolutely CAN have a good meal here, but it’s nothing you’re going to tell anyone about later.
None of us hated it by any means. Glad we tried it, but we all left thinking the reviews might have been a little inflated. Everything was clean and the staff was excellent and quick. We could chalk up poor quality to being understaffed or too busy, but the quality was actually good. No helping lackluster recipes by having more people working, ya know?
Enjoy if you go. The people there will make you feel welcome.
This is a great place! The food is very high quality and the service is super fast and attentive. We were scared there for a second because on the corner the building's doors are being remodeled, but we kept walking and found the actual Yard House doors. I love the German and Belgian themes. Perfect for Oktoberfest!
