Our party of 6 came to try a bunch of apps to share for dinner. Our favorites: Chicken Nachos (lots of good toppings), the Carnivore Pizza (thin crust, tasty), Chicken Lettuce Wrap (fresh with good flavor and dipping sauces), Wisconsin Fried Cheese Curds (crunchy outside, soft inside).
Wouldn't get next time: Classic Sliders (basic), Poke Nachos (missed the mark), Whiskey Black Pepper Wings (too sweet).
Overall the restaurant is a fun vibe to try different foods. It felt similar to a TGI Friday's or Chilli's. We came on a Fri night and got on their wait list. It was busy but the wait wasn't too long.
I had some time to kill before my doctors appointment so I thought I’d stop and sit for some lunch on a Thursday afternoon.
Yard house was open so I decided to step in. Was greeted by the hostess and taken to my seat. The hostess could have been a little more welcoming but her smile I guess was good enough.
My server was Neil who knew the menu quite well and explained everything is made to order. He even informs me the Tahiti pork chops weren’t available to order that day.
With an appreciation for his attention to detail I began to glance over a menu of mouth watering choices.
The appetizers had everything from dips, sliders, salads, wings, pretzels and more
I grabbed a house salad with vinaigrette from the apps
And the 8oz filet w/ mashed taters for my entree.
The salad tasted delightful and the steak (medium rare) was cooked to perfection. Coupled with the mashed potatoes, asparagus & carrots and house made steak sauce this meal was 5 stars all around.
The strawberry lemonade was warm and not that tasty but it was refreshing at the same time.
My only problem with my experience was the bill! The menu claimed a house salad was 3.99 when ordered with the steak meal. Well I ordered steak meal and was charged full price for my salad.
It was a delicious meal so I didn’t complain just paid left a tip and left.
Yard house is definitely a spot to go to for vittles, cocktails, and watch sports!

During our visit, there was a small mix-up with my husband’s order—he had asked for the Korean tacos but was accidentally served steak tacos instead. That’s when Lauren stepped in, coming over to our table to ensure everything was in order. She handled the situation with such efficiency and care, ensuring that the correct tacos were out in just 3 minutes.
After that, we felt comfortable sharing some feedback with Lauren. We mentioned that we had two birthdays at our table, and Lauren personally brought out dessert for my husband and my cousin. Honestly, seeing a store manager take these steps is just inspiring!
We couldn’t find any areas needing improvement, and that’s a testament to the high standards you’ve set. This is actually the first time we’ve felt the need to speak with the store manager from this location, and it’s because your leadership and dedication are truly inspiring. Please continue to uphold these high standards, as they’ve made a lasting positive impression on us.

Thank you so much for your service during our visit. You were friendly and polite, which we really appreciated. It’s clear that you’re putting in a lot of effort into your work, and that’s something we truly value.
We went here late on thanksgiving day as it was the only place open. We were uninspired by both the edamame and the burger. The burger was soggy, and the spicy edamame was way overdressed with aioli. The beer and service were pretty good but not fantastic. Tons of TVs on the inside which was distracting for just the two of us. I appreciated that they were open late! Large portions.
Fantastic place to eat or drink. Went with my wife and we had a wonderful time. The server Jess was kind and had recommendations for us. Very knowledgeable about the menu and she picked my meal both days and both were amazing. The sliders were dry and overcooked slightly for my taste. They need to add like a pickle and/or grilled onions to each slider to combat that. The tacos were great, Nashville hot chicken sandwich was great, firecracker shrimp was great, nachos were great and the garlic lobster noodles were amazing! Service was fast and attentive both on our slow visit and our busy visit. They worked together and it showed. Will be back next time I'm in the area.
Came here Wednesday evening 11/20/24 for dinner. Haven’t been here in a long time time I got the Wisconsin fried cheese curds as an appetizer and for the main meal I got the Mac and cheese dish, it’s got chicken, bacon and mushrooms with parmesan, panko cheddar crust, white truffle. The curds tasted delicious lightly fried not greasy or oily great outside crunch and moist inside and and great pull the Honey hot sauce, horseradish aïoli dipping sauce was a great taste together with them. The Mac & cheese dish was heaven the panko coating and the white truffle with the mushrooms is so so good the bacon had a great balance with it all! Very very good!
One of the best places out there, their service is good and fast. They can accommodate around 15 people per group with ease. Loved the yard and the selection of desserts
A large selection of delicious, high-quality foods. Great taste and fast service. It's better to reserve ahead of time.
