Our food and table service was very good. I gave it four stars because we had made a reservation prior to going and when we arrived at our scheduled time we were told it would be a fifteen minute wait. Being Palm Beach on a busy night we accepted the fact. The area is a lot of fun to walk around and enjoy the atmosphere.
I am strictly vegan, Yard House had customized the vegetarian options for me and made them vegan. My meals were very delicious.
Great place to hang out with your Boys or girlfriend. Very clean, good food, all draft beers. Bar is large as is the restaurant. Always have a great time! If you’re in town it’s a place you must visit for the experience.
We made a reservation for a birthday. It is a large party and wanted to make sure we didn't have to wait too long. We arrived at the restaurant and everyone showed up on time! Expecting something soon, we gather outside and have now been waiting more than 45 minutes past our reservation. We specifically asked for outside. That is not going to happen. Why take a reservation if you're not going to honor it? On top of all of that the attitude of the hostess was completely unacceptable.

There is a huge difference between the restaurants in this chain. Starting with the service at the one I visited today, where the diner feels uncomfortable and the presentation of the dishes is visually disappointing.
The guacamole came black, indicating it had been prepared a long time ago. The tartare was garnished with old, dried parsley that gave it an unpleasant visual appearance, and finally, the salmon was overcooked, dry, and covered with too many spices.
This experience is nothing like the restaurants in Coral Gables, Miami, or Naples, where the presentation of the dishes, the service, and the ambiance are far superior. This restaurant in WPB falls well below the standards of this chain.
I dined at the Yard House for the very first time last night. It was packed but thankfully we got seated fairly quickly. The atmosphere is loud and busy with TVs and music playing all around the restaurant. I would describe it as a more upscale sports bar. So If you're looking for something quiet this isn't the place. However, the service from our waitress Amy is a big reason why I would dine there again. She provided great service and has such a warm and engaging personality. However, the chicken nachos were a small step above your average. The chips were a little over cooked and not much chicken for this dish to be called "Chicken Nachos". However the Pineapple Express cocktail was absolutely DELICIOUS!! Overall I will definitely return again but try something different on the menu.
My family and I had the opportunity to come and enjoy some time at yard house. Our server was Darren and he was a 10/10 ! Thank you so much for taking care of my family. Service was great and food was very delicious.
It’s been a while since I last visited this Yard House and although the menu has lost a few of my favourites they have been replaced by items just as tasty. Great happy hour menu on beer and food and the music was playing at just the right volume and a pretty decent mix. Service was excellent and very attentive and added to a really enjoyable visit
