I am very pleased to have found this salon which was open on a Sunday morning when many other options were closed! I dropped in & did not have to wait at all. Lena did my nails & I felt she was very attentive & listened to how I wanted my nails done. The salon appeared to be well-staffed, clean, & everyone was friendly to me. They offered me a beverage & I was happy with the very reasonable price of $70 for a full set of short ombré almond shaped pink & white acrylic nails. They did not try to up-sell me or charge for removal of the four acrylic nails I still had from my old set. Lena was very professional & clearly a talented nail tech. I am a happy customer & would return even if other salons are closer to me.
My wife has gotten her nails done by Lena for over 2 years now. Always an amazing job. Not once did we have any issue with the quality or design. Absolute rockstar. Cannot explain the artistic excellence Lena produces regularly. My wife has thrown some difficult ideas out and Lena comes through without fail every time. There is no style or design that is not a pure masterpiece. Highly recommend this establishment and especially Lena.
We've been here multiple times before (usually it's great) and today was an absolute let down. Went in for pedicures and were offered manicures(even though the place was packed). Said yes thinking they wouldn't offer unless they had time. Wish I'd have said no. My partner got a regular manicure and was shamed for not picking gel whereas I decided to do a short almond shaped set and ended up with a rushed service and rounded oval nails, plus spots where the polish is a glob or not even on the nail whatsoever. This was a disappointing experience and I feel like I just wasted $70 on my set.
The nail tech I got (sorry I can’t recall her name) replicated a picture I showed her and did an amazing job! After everything she did she double checked with me to make sure it was how I wanted it before continuing, size, shape, color, etc. I couldn’t be more pleased, they are strong and durable but thin and adorable.
Lena did such an amazing job! I highly recommend this salon. I have been looking for a place for a bit and I have to say I have found my salon in Portland! Lena was fantastic and I highly recommend
Called same day and got an appointment at the time I requested, got beautiful acrylic gel nails from Lena and great service! Not bad price wise at all, worth the price. Would recommend highly to anyone.
This was such a disappointing pedicure. My husband and us had an appointment for 2:00pm after waiting about 20 min they started mine, not his. After an hour he finally just left because there were no signs and zero communication as to when his may begin. Once I was done I paid and left. They put my shoes on so I didn’t see the final product until I was home. Well… they did not remove any dead skin, the color is too light and looks poorly done, and the best part is there is also gel polish all over my feet. Absolutely will never go back. What a waist of money.
