The rolls are tasty, and we usually make takeout orders without any issues. However, my last experience was very disappointing. I placed an order online through the Menufy website, and there was no information about additional fees during checkout. I proceeded to pay and even added a $2 tip, despite it being a takeout order, because I requested a substitution of salmon with tuna in one portion.
To my surprise, I was charged an additional $2 for the substitution, on top of the rolls' price and my tip. In total, I ended up paying $5.50 extra just for fees and tips. I find it incredibly unfair that customers are not informed about these additional charges before completing the payment. This lack of transparency is extremely disappointing! My only conclusion is no tips no more!!!
Food is always delicious here and service is always great! Been multiple times and never had a bad experience. Best hibachi in the area, great prices.
Best sushi ever!! Been coming here for years now! I won’t go anywhere else for sushi! So many to choose from, the sizes of the rolls are huge, fresh and delicious! The other food on their menu is delicious too! Love the fried oysters also! Always great service and the place is clean and nice to eat in! Prices are great also! Never had any issues here. I always tell people to come here! So glad I only live few minutes away, I love it! :)
Delicious food, reasonable prices for the amount and quality you get. It's not the "cook in front of you" kind if place, if that's what you're looking for...But the food quality may as well be like if it were! Best chicken teriyaki I've ever had. The Jade Roll was a surprise as well.
I've passed this place for so many years, skeptical on how I would feel...I wish I tried this hidden gem sooner!
First time here! Definitely won't be the last! Loved this place! Celebrating my son's 21st birthday!!!!
July 2024:
I’ve had good experiences here but today was not one of them sadly. The woman kept getting my order wrong and I was not happy with the service at all. They forgot two of my kids meals after repeating my order to me twice. Then she just kept insisting that I didn’t tell her what I told her. I just said it’s ok please bring me the bill and Togo containers because I’m not arguing about some food. ????

Walked in on a Friday night and the place was SUPER BUSY but, they walked me right to a table, got me a drink , food & made sure I was satisfied. Will deff be returning.
Presentation was beautiful & clean.
Service was fast & friendly.
If I could give this spot 10 stars I would.
Food was good, not at lot of ppl on a Sunday night, good for us! Service was good, hibachi man was good and entertaining, just a little sloppy with spilling sauce and rice here and there... And my sister fork was dirty but other than those two things it was a nice experience!
Dined in here a few days ago and had a great experience. The food was delicious and staff were friendly. We had spring rolls and 5 kinds of sushi (yummy, Hawaiian, dragon roll, California roll, and chicken tempura)
