Let me tell you!!! This eat was one of the peaks of our visit to the area. Everything is homemade and delicious! Steak was cooked a perfect "medium" the baked potato was perfectly cooked and the beans!!!!!????????My husband's chicken fried steak was huge. I'm excited to return to try the fried catfish and shrimp!
Best Steak House bar none!....Okra, asparagus, Complimentary pinto beans and split the best ribeye steak 16oz that we ever had...Service impeccable....All Steaks are cut in house from private stock at a cost that will leave money left for the best peach cobbler that you have ever tasted...We"ll be back!
We recently dined at this establishment. The atmosphere is very quaint and well worn with comfort, adorable.
Unfortunately the steak was gritty and tough. I know the meat is not aged, but the quality of meat served was a big disappointment. Even trying to cut it with the steak knife was extremely difficult. The service was disorganized but the serving staff was very nice. I wish I didn’t spend $75 because I didn’t get the satisfaction that I was expecting from a steakhouse.
I think the atmosphere was really nice and Texan/western. The food was kinda mid and I got fries with my steak and I was not impressed because kid you not they gave me like 5 singular steak fries (I added pictures and I swear I only took one bite of my steak because I forgot but this is what the steak comes with if you order steak fries). Sucks that they charge you for switching out your salad and beans. I also felt that the steak was really good but I wished there were roasted jalapeños or like more salt/pepper added. It wasn’t bad or anything and I would come again but I wasn’t particularly impressed.
Fire the $100 I spent I expected better than the following experience. The cooks were constantly yelling at the wait staff, and my waitress was near tears. Took about one hour to get our food. The NY Strip was tough and chewy. I couldn't finish it. My wife's steak was supposed to be medium well canned or medium rare. If I owned this place, I would've fired the crappy cooks on the spot.
My husband and I ordered the ribeye which was cooked to perfection and well seasoned. We added the fried shrimp, which was tasty! The loaded baked potato and broccoli were both so yummy! Good food, good prices and good service, we will be back. Thank you!
Excellent dinner at Y'alls Steakhouse recently during an overnight stay for business. Kimberly, the server, was fantastic and made sure everything about the meal was nice. Reasonably priced and great food in a quiet, rustic atmosphere. I'd certainly recommend it for anyone visiting Alamogordo, New Mexico.
This steak was so juicy and filling. Customer service was on point!
