I've never had any complaints about this place. After every visit, I've always left satisfied, but last night was different. I took my son in last night, and everything was going fine. I got seen immediately, vitals were taken, questions were asked, and some tests were being run. Their ARNP, i believe that's what she said she was, came in, did an assessment, told me she had one of the test results that came back negative, and was waiting for the other two. She was going to get some oral steroids for my son's cough and told me some possible diagnoses. She left the room. Another staff came in, gave me the medicine, and told me someone would be in to provide me with the results. The team that first saw us entered the room and told me how my son was doing. I told her a bit better, and she told me I was good to go if i had any concerns, to come back or give them a call. I had this confused look as she was about to walk away. I had to stop her and ask what the results were. She looked confused and asked if anyone had come and talked to me. I told her, no, i was told someone was going to. She apologized and said she was going to check what happened. The leading provider came in and told me she had talked to me. Don't I remember her that if the test were negative, she was going to give us steroids, and we could go, but that's not what she said. So before she left the room, I had to stop her and ask if all the tests came back negative was it a cold he had? She said it was more likely croup, and that's why she gave us the medicine, so i asked again what i was supposed to do. She told me to give medicine for fever and have a humidifier, which, you know, is everything we discussed, but if we did discuss all of that, why am I still confused? She didn't correctly discharge me. I have never left a medical facility, still wondering what Im supposed to do at home. I'm always given thorough instructions or discharge papers. I'm not a person to start arguing, so i thanked her and left, but i still didn't know what to do or how to treat my son's croup. When i got home, i had to Google Home treatments to get by tonight. I understand I was the last person, and it was almost closing time. Maybe it was a long day, and she wanted to go home already. I'm just disappointed with how this visit went down.
This is a great urgent care clinic. The medical assistant was so nice and the PA listened and was able to get me feeling better. The wait time was around an hour but this was on a busy Friday afternoon, and it was certainly much shorter of a wait than the ER.
This place needs a whole new crew! Lady in the front desk is so rude! I don't get it how you work in costumer service! Please do people a favor and look for a job where you don't have to deal with anyone! Sucks to be the first impression of this place! Had me wait there only to tell me after 20 min they couldn't take any more patients. Most of the reviews here are from people that work there!
Show up hispanic lady at the counter tells me to wait. Then after 20 min asks me rudely what she could help me with. I needed my 4 year old daughter to get checked because she was crying her ear hurt. Turns out i waited for her just to tell me they had no more room. She could have said that from the get go so i could have taken my daughter somewhere else instead of waisting my time. People with attitudes and no patience have no reason to work at a front counter like that. Wont be back there again.
The dr Maribel was so sweet and nice and gentle and patient with my son. I would highly recommend her. But the two older receptionist ladies are just rude and have horrible customer service. They treat the patients like they don’t matter.
Went in with a nasty ear infection. The folks out front were very helpful, friendly and professional and got me to see the doctor quickly. Very professional bunch in the back that diagnosed exactly what kind of infection it was as and gave me a prescription that has me on the mend. I highly recommend them for quick professional medical care.
I came in at 6:05pm waited, waited around 7min before the receptionist (Isabel) she could acknowledge. Then she asked me what I needed, told me there was 8 patients on back room and I guess two in waiting room and one of the providers was leaving so it would be 1:30min - 2hr wait. I agreed to wait then she said, actually I can put you on queue but you probably not be seen today till tomorrow, so if you wait we don’t guarantee you be seen. It seemed like she just didn’t want to add me, but more another patient (a couple) after I left the waiting room
The staff was very helpful and polite. They made my visit very comfortable. I appreciate there good attitudes and professional mannerism
