Maria Verduzco is amazing! Very impressed with her work ethic. She’s very professional and over all took care of us. Maria took the time to explain things in detail answered any of my questions and had helpful tips & advice. She made my daughters comfortable and got them to engage in our topic of conversations.

I had an outstanding experience with Bethany Dempsey. From the moment I walked into the office her professionalism and caring demeanor were evident. She took the time to thoroughly listen, read my chart , explain my condition and answer all of my questions, making me feel informed. Her expertise and attentive approach to my treatment plan were truly impressive. She is a great addition to this clinic. I am so happy that I was assigned to be seen by her.
The entire staff at this clinic is phenomenal. The level of service is outstanding. The amount of care that the team puts into getting positive results is echoed by the smiles on patients faces when they are walking out from their visits. I recommend this clinic for any and all medical needs.
I have been bringing my 3 kids to YVFW for 19 years. I have used many of the services they offer. They have great doctors, nurses,
and dental services. Also a nice quick laboratory. I've never had a problem with the pharmacy and dietary services helped my teenage son how to make better food choices. The scheduling staff and the referral specialists are all friendly and helpful. If there are insurance problems or questions they help you figure them out. I've had to get immunization records for school from the medical records office and they made that super easy. If my teenagers needed a counselor, they offered one. I would recommend Yakima Medical-Dental clinic to anyone who was looking for medical or dental services for their family. It's newly remodeled and very nice!

????Except for receptionists they need to do a better job of helping clients instead of having personal conversations and laughing with one another smh. It irritates us clients. Need to care more about the clients instead of themselves.???? (& They shouldn't be on there phones????)

I’ve had crowns placed on my teeth from several dentists. Each one has been applied and then modified to fit properly.
Dr. Alexander fitted a perfect crown with no need for adjustment. That crown is the smoothest tongue appreciating fixture in my mouth. Perfectly done.

I had been struggling with an infection for a year in my nose that was spreading to my ears. and it took one visit with her and the problem got fixed.
