Best WLM Reviews

I rarely write reviews, but I'm genuinely surprised and bewildered by the high ratings of this restaurant. I was searching for a good Colombian breakfast nearby for my son and me, and Google led me here. Although I usually frequent "El Patio," I decided to try something new. Arriving around 8:30 am, shortly after it opened, we were disappointed to find the food old and cold. The empanadas lacked flavor and were very dry, making them difficult to chew. The chicharrone was cold, obviously reheated, and lacked freshness. To add to the disappointment, the lime provided was bad, leaving an old sour taste on already unsatisfactory food. The arepa was hands down the worst I've ever had, and the tequenos were merely average. The only redeeming aspect was the cafe con leche.

Hello,
Regrettably, my encounter did not align with the expected standard in terms of freshness or flavor, resulting in a less than favorable review. I have included photos to illustrate my experience. While I would have preferred to address this in person had I dined in, I opted for takeout and only discovered the meal's quality once at home. My intention in sharing this feedback is not to discredit your restaurant, but rather to honestly convey my disappointment as a paying customer. Despite this initial experience, I am open to revisiting in hopes of a better outcome.
Thank you.
no lunch prices. The average price is $18-$20 per dish. excellent service
The prices are very reasonable and the food is very good. I really liked the ambience... they have jazz music playing which gives the place a gourmet European feeling. The servers are also very pleasant. I would go back and recommend it over other overpriced Colombian restaurants in the are. They give you soup with your lunch order and have very good desserts too.
I was amazed by the reviews but I have to said the food was average for not saying the least. Service horrible there were 4 waiters and no one knew what to do. I’ll never go back to this restaurant and I hope people write real reviews.
My first time here at a Colombian restaurant, although I only spoke very little Spanish I still received good customer service, the employee was very nice and patient with me. The restaurant is small but there are tables and chairs if you wanted to dine in. I bought an Empanada, Papas Rellena (fried stuffed potato), a guava & cheese pastry and Sancocho De carne (beef soup) just to try out a few things on the menu. The Empanada was so delicious, as well as the Papas Rellena. I tasted the beef soup that comes with rice and it is just what I wanted it to taste like!! I haven't tried the pastry but I am sure it won't disappoint!! Will definitely be back!!
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here! I came in for breakfast with some family and was impressed by the cappuccino. The eggs were perfectly cooked, and the bacon was delicious. By far the best parts were some of their baked goods such as the pandebono & Buñuelo. Additionally, I also wasn't too uncomfortable being a native English speaker; one of the servers was nice enough to help translate certain things when my Spanish lacked. I'll definitely come back to visit when I come back to this area.
I ordered ahead my empanadas for both carne and chicken. They told me 15 minutes and I arrived within the 15 minutes and they were just coming out fresh and hot! When I tell you they were the most delicious empanadas I’ve ever had, please believe me! For all your empanada needs you will not be disappointed! ????????
Cute little colombian bakery and restaurant. Cheese Bread and empanadas were delicious. Very fresh and clean. The staff was friendly. Prices are a little higher than average but the quality and freshness make them worth it. I’m sure I will be back to try their breakfast seems to be good!
