Best WLM Reviews
I don’t even know where to start. I don’t even like leaving reviews but I feel the need to warn others. The second we walked into the movie room it smelt like straight mildew. The ceiling was leaking I got hit with drops of water. The movie screen was water damaged. There were many streaks going down the screen (theatre 2). The movie kept skipping..
Once the lights cut on we saw all of the damaged chairs and the fan in the corner solidifying there was water damage in that room. Why are y’all still showing movies in there? The walls were all ripped up as well. The bathrooms were disgusting every last stall. & don’t get me started about the concessions. I should’ve taken more pictures but the soda machines had green mold on them. Every last one! Not a single soda machine was clean. I promised myself after this experience, I will NEVER step foot back in this place. I feel used & abused. Seriously….
Update April 2024
Great experience. Good plush seats. You can purchase tickets online or once you arrive. Enjoyed the funnel cake fries, so airy and nice. Pizza, popcorn and mozzarella sticks were good as well. Great movie choices.

I haven't been to this theater in a while, but am glad that I did. The food was fresh. The theater was very clean. Not a long wait. Tickets can be bought online. Really enjoyed seeing The Book of Clarence. Will return.
I have been here two times and I have enjoyed my time here. Yes, from other reviews I will say the chairs are very worn down.
The theaters were clean.
They have a great menu to choose from. Both times I have to get the order of churros. Made to order and so yummy! I get popcorn and a blue ice too.
Bathrooms were clean both times.
Staff was friendly.
Our Church had an appreciation event for our Praise and Worship Department and the service we received from the theatre, particularly the manager Joseph was 5 star. The temperature in the theatre was perfect, the theatre was clean, the restrooms were clean, all the seats were new and all reclined, the employees assisted with set up (we had the service to bring our own food) and our movie we selected was good. Thank you for your service Brandywine!
Although we live “across the bridge” in VA, I would happily go back to this theatre in Maryland…It was decently clean and the employees were really helpful! The theatre itself was a step up from regular with reclining seats…It was a nice experience!
Been here a few times. Today was the worst by far. It's dirty. Like no one cleaned up after the show before ours. There's something wet/sticky in my seat. I asked the ticket taker for assistance and they said " Oh that's my job but I'm the only one taking tickian I don't wanna walk away from here." I asked her to get someone to cover them so they can do their job. They instead offered me a rag and spray. I had to go and ask the front desk for assistance. The ticket taker just looked at me like it wa my responsibility to figure it out. The theatre is already dirty, not like they just missed one seat. Your staff needs to have customer service training.
Pleasing atmosphere and exceptional Customer Service.. Definitely needs more workers on the weekends.. Theatre seating is on point recliner chairs with plenty of leg room.. Food/Snacks is okay depending on what you purchase... My opinion only
My first visit to this theater. Went to a Sunday matinee. Practically empty. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby and the auditorium that I saw the movie in were clean. The seats were a bit worn but that's no big deal to me. I did not order anything from the concessions. I will definitely return when they have a movie that I want to see on a big screen. Plus, I discovered they have Flashback Cinema; classic movies like Casablanca. Very cool!
