Pleasant experience at xpress wellness urgent care if you have to be there because of illness. Staff was very cordial, PA Jessica was excellent in explaining what was wrong and how she was going to treat the situation. Am very satisfied with my visit.

Will be the nurse practitioner was excellent and patient with me. I have a lot going on in my life and she had time and took time to listen to me. It has been the third time that I’m at the office where there was a crying kid in the wedding room. I work with pediatric so I was able to go out to my car and get little toys that they could play with to occupy them. I wish the location had simple toys or coloring activities that they could use while their parents are filling out paperwork and to decrease the tension of the parents And those around them. It’s a magical thing of what a balloon can do.
I went in for a drug screening and the service was impeccable! There wasn’t a long wait time or any of that. The nurse thoroughly explained each part of the screening so there wasn’t any confusion. I was allowed to lock my belongings up and keep the key until everything was complete. There wasn’t any issues at all! Awesome service and a delightful experience. Also the atmosphere was clean and very welcoming!
I made an appointment vs. walk-in. No much of a wait. Excellent care by both the nurse and doctor. This is my second time to visit within 1 year. Highly recommended.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Felt unheard, as if I was being dramatic and my request was not listened to. Receptionist was nice, physician was obviously fake nice. There was no introduction it was uncomfortable and felt forced from the beginning. Needs to learn that bedside manor and treating people like people are priority. I was hesitant to even seek help because I'm constantly gaslit and when I did it was no different. Also, when I asked for an edit to a work order (because all she said was "avoid jumping or running") (which is obvious) she refused to cooperate. I'm in extreme pain and was belittled because it wasn't obvious visually. I tried to explain I can't move it properly and I can barely walk on it and I can't put pressure on it. Felt dismissed, unseen, uncomfortable. Just don't even waste your valuable time or energy.
UPDATE: After feeling certain that what I was told wasn't right, I went to a different urgent care clinic. Warren Clinic at St Francis. There, I was listened to, and they actually took an X-ray. I have two severe sprains. The work order I was given here kept me out of work for 3 days, and then returning to work with more severe restrictions about walking and carrying anything over 10 lbs.
If I would have listened and just taken the advice of the woman I saw at Xpress Wellness, (all she did was tell me about the RICE method ???? ) It's very likely that I would have injured myself further and prolonged my recovery. Its unacceptable. Do NOT go to this location.
I went to Urgent Care for cough, shortness of breath. All staff were very professional and thorough. Diane Slough suspected pneumonia and did a thorough work up. I had pre registered and was taken right away. I will definitely go back if the need arises!
The level of care I received yesterday was outstanding! I went in for a pretty bad burn and the doctor and nurses were so kind and efficient. The wait was only about 5 minutes and the dr was in my room within a few minutes. The service far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this place above any Urgent Care I’ve been to.
