My experience was awesome and I say that with great pleasure! I had started feeling bad at work on 12/6/24, I left work early and arrived about 445 pm and I checked in and the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful, I only waited about 15 minutes and was called back, the Dr came in very shortly and attended to me and send me medicine in. I was only in the room for a short time. You guys did a wonderful job and in my opinion are the best!! Thank you for taking care of me.
I took my 2 year old son in as a walk in. The wait time was minimal. The receptionist was kind and welcoming. The medical assistant did awesome making my little man feel comfortable while he checked his vitals and swabbed him for some tests. The doctor was amazing as well. He was fun, great with my son, and attentive. I hate having to take my kiddos to urgent care instead of their pediatrician but this will be my go to spot when urgent care is needed in the future.
The staff was great to deal with especially sense it was on a Monday afternoon. The only thing I was not expecting was to sit in the lobby for an hour waiting before being brought back. I was there for a pre-employment drug screening and dot Physical. But over all, it was a pleasant experience. Thanks again
The place was easy to find. People were friendly. Instructions for process were clear. I think this was my first drug test ever! Passed with bright flying colors! Ready for my new job!
CDL holders do not come to any express wellness. They are very slow rude and very unprofessional. went there in August to take a DOT drug test. So I held off on going to the restroom because I knew I was going to take a DOT drug test there got there two hours passed went up to the window to tell lady How long would it be because I had to go to the restroom? She said it won’t be long. Another hour passed and now they brought me back to the back to do my physical and I already had use the restroom earlier in the lobby because they were taking so long long story short they marked me as a refusal because I couldn’t Fill the cup up where they wanted it. They’re supposed to have 2 to 3 days to process it with the clearing house never did so three months later they process it with a clear house the day of the Clearing House ll Final rule 86FR55 718 very convenient so I wouldn’t have enough time to fix the problem. This was malicious and Conniving. guys Steer away from this place.
Xpress Wellness did a great job. They were prompt and thorough with my DOT physical. Schedule online a day or two before because, depending on the season, they can be fully-booked. 5 stars for them.

I have been seeing Dr.Monica off an on when I or the kids need medical help for over a year now, when we are unable to get into our pcps office, every single experience has been lovely!
Nurse staff is always amazing too!
If you are in need of urgent care? Choose this place! Hopefully you get Dr. Monica, if not? You’ll get Dr. Rocky… and well he’s awesome too, I’d describe him as a goofy goober; but while he’s a goober? Probably one of the most intelligent drs I’ve seen outside of Ms, Monica and my personal neurologist.
He definitely encompasses some good ole southern health tips alongside his practice,
I.E. you know it’s an ear infection if it smells ????

I had suspected a sinus infection due to the symptoms and have them in the past. After having the awful headaches for 2 months I made the right choice by going to Xpress Wellness Urgent care for some immediate relief. The provider that I saw is so awesome. Told him my symptoms and he was right on the money!! (So to speak). He did a physical exam and then asked a couple of questions to make sure I wouldn't have any interactions with his choice of antibiotic. I went in Tuesday morning and this is Thursday...no more excruciating headaches and I'm breathing better!! Thank you Rocky A!! ????
