The young woman at the reception desk was neither welcoming nor accommodating during my visit. As I checked in, I mentioned that my form might be invalid, but she merely shrugged and proceeded with the check-in process, instructing me to take a seat and wait. Eventually, after an hour of waiting (I was only there for a pre-employment lab test), she called me to the desk to inform me that my form was expired. Which is something I had previously warned her about. So an hour gone and it’s time to start over. I called around and got the new form and she, again, treated me like an obstacle to her social media activities on her phone which she enjoyed thoroughly while I sat in there the previous hour for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Finally, it’s my turn to go back. The medical assistant who helped me from there on out was very pleasant and apologetic. She did her job well and efficiently and had great customer service. However, overall, I wouldn't consider returning to the clinic, as I wouldn't want to risk encountering the same receptionist again. The clinic's frontline staff really needs to improve in handling their essential responsibilities.
Very friendly and helpful staff. It's nice to be able to do all the paperwork online. Diagnosis was quickly done and they had splint for daughter in office. Only reason 4* instead of 5* is that appointments didn't secure placement in waiting. This is the Best urgent care!!!!
My experience at Express Wellness urgent Care Of Muskogee was a five out of five stars. The staff was very kind, attentive, helpful and did a very thorough job during my visit. Highly recommend coming to this location.
Everyone was absolutely wonderful! I don’t remember the names of all the people but I remember Libby and Brian but truly, they were all great. Every time I go to Muskogee North I get the best care. I would give 10 stars if I could.
My husband went in today for a work physical. The nurse Kristin was so sweet and super helpful. She knew what to do and was super fast. Abby was super helpful too and helped the front desk lady with a couple things. I highly recommend Express Wellness!
The Provider was extremely kind and patient, and took me seriously. It meant an immense amount because I've never been taken seriously about my chronic pain - He even helped me get up after examining my back when I was struggling with walking. Thankyou for your kindness and care.
Staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Super clean. Very, very cold in this building. Highly recommend you wear a coat. ???? the staff was nice & gave me a blanket while I waited for the doctor. Great experience at both locations in Muskogee.

Needed to find a clinic yesterday because of a nasty sinus infection. I found Xpress Wellness on my Google maps, so we drove there. Keep in mind we are on a month long trip and pulling our travel trailer. Got all checked and saw Kayla, who took all my info and vitals. Then saw Lee Chong, the Nurse Practitioner. She was very nice and extremely helpful. Checked me over and called in a prescription. It's so nice to have these clinics available. You never know when you might need one. Thanks to everyone there.
