I headed to the wellness clinic after getting a glob of chemicals in my eye. Aurora had me on hold for 20 minutes . We laughed after I asked her if we should hang up the line. My eye was flushed out by the attending PA. Everyone was helpful and very kind.
We had to make 2 visits in a week. Both times staff was very welcoming and understanding. We did have a wait the second time, but staff was accommodating. Even went ahead with flu/covid swabs for testing so the results would be ready when we had a room.
The Xpress Wellness staff and facility are outstanding. The clinic is very clean and they are really good at managing scheduled clients and walk-ins so that it is not too crowded. Ariel, Chassy and Tracy are not only knowledgeable in their areas of medical care but they are compassionate and kind, which can be healing in itself. #feelinggrateful
I cut my arm pretty bad on a knife. They came out and wrapped it for me as soon as I came in. They got me in for my appointment and stitches in a very timely manner compared to our local ER services. I'm very pleased with express. They were awesome. I wish I remembered specific names. Thank you all for being so kind.
I don’t give five stars usually but I have an ear infection and the staff the nurses the doctor. Everyone was excellent, so respectful listen to me and most of all believed me. I didn’t get that look of display or oh my goodness like other doctors here in McAlester that I’ve dealt with thank you so much sincerely H. McCall
Been there twice this month - both times were as walk-in visits. First for a cut that required sutures, and then a follow up visit. All the staff were personable, kind and attentive. I was seen in an extremely reasonable amount of time (much quicker than ER and even less wait time than my last PCP visit).

Nurse staff were polite and helpful. Dr was knowledgeable, respectful and even asked my opinions. Absolutely impressed by this office. Definitely will return there if need be.
Very easy people to deal with. Nice facility, clean and quick parking. Short waiting time. Very through with diagnosis. Ordered meds and CVS text me while still in exam room order will be waiting on me.
