The front desk ladies were very helpful and friendly. The triage nurse was professional and took my vitals and medical information in a timely manner. I loved the PA who listened to me and prescribed medications that are working and have made me feel so much better. 100 percent would recommend this facility.
I was not the patient, but did have to be there to help my husband. He was very ill, and they realized he needed a doctor instead of virtual visit. He did have an appointment and was seen within a few minutes of his appointment.The staff, nurse, and Doctor were very kind, considerate, efficient, and professional. He left there with his medication already ordered! We would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.
Staff was amazing. They know when it's a critical situation. They took care of my daughter right away as soon as we checked in and was advised to go to the ER asap. They didnt even charged me. I would recommend this clinic.
I just moved here, so I don't know if it's normal to wait an hour and a half for a scheduled appointment. All paperwork done ahead of time. I used to be able to take care of this kind of business during my lunch hour. I guess I'll have to start requesting 1/2 day of PTO. Most of the staff was friendly.
Hands down my new favorite urgent care!!! I went to an urgent care close to my home at 7 and was turned away as they were no longer taking walks ins. I called another 2 facilities who said the same thing. I then called Xpress Wellness and they were accepting walk ins until they close the doors at 8! I got there at 7:30, we did not get to leave until 8:57 that evening. The WHOLE staff was kind, they did not seem upset that we were there so late, and everything was done as quickly as it could be. The staff from the front desk, nurses, to the NP were all very informative every step of the way. They are truly there for patient care! I will happily drive 20 minutes across town to go here for all of my urgent care needs.
First off I was there over 2 hrs just to get blood drawn, then the young lady that drew my blood the first time used a butterfly if she would have listened to me to begin with she would have hit my vein and it would have been a good stick but she went above where I told her to go then when she was trying to push the tube in she let go of the needles several times and the needle was just flopping around then it stopped flowing so she tried to adjust and pushed the needle in way to far and it wasn't lined up with my vein so she had to go get another nurse who actually listened and held the gʻ in place and got it the first try and filled up 4 tube's. Don't get me wrong the people were nice but she should know the proper way to draw blood maybe she was having a bad day but she could have brushed up on her phlebotomy basics before sticking anybody.
The best experience I have ever experienced ... Can schedule appointment online or walk in I went in as a walk in and it was a quick visit.
Great service they lady's in the front are great.. the nurses and doctor listen and were caring! That's some that's hard to find in this town! I will be bringing my family when medical attention is needed and I will refer as much as I can ????⚕️????
The staff at Xpress are truly amazing. I have a hypothesis that everyone in the medical profession is rude, but not at xpress! They are so sweet and helpful. I use them for all my family's urgent care needs. They even help their patience fight insurance claims and denials. They go above and beyond with amazing attitudes. This is the only place I've ever been, to see a doctor, where staff didn't act like your presence was a nuisance. I love that!
