I went with my adult son to take his child (my grandson) for treatment. I paid for the visit with my credit card and called them the following day and gave them insurance info. They filed insurance incorrectly and then sent me a bill stating I owe an additional $195. I have a receipt showing I paid for the visit in full and there is no way that I would be responsible for my grandsons medical treatment. His father was at the visit and listed his name on all paperwork as the guarantor, father and responsible party.
The wait time wasn't very long. Once we got in the room, the nurse took all of my son’s information & less than 5 minutes the provider was in the room. She was very comforting & careful with him. She explained everything in a way he understood. Very pleased with our visit.
I’ve been to Xpress Urgent Care several times and it’s always been a pleasant experience. The reception people are nice and the medical staff are great. Very caring and thorough.
Walked in and was greeted right away. Office assistant was informative and helpful. Knowledgeable and efficient. Very kind. She gathered some information and then sent me a link to my phone. It was such a breeze filling out the paperwork. Was taken back less than 5 minutes after completing paperwork. Nurse was super friendly and personable. The doctor was also personable and professional. This place is like no other place I’ve ever been. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. This place sees people and treats them extremely well. They go above and beyond. I highly recommend this place.

The whole staff was very nice and efficient. Especially Sam the NP. Love their attitude. I did find one big negative. No Rx was called in for me at either Walgreens. I would still like to get it. Call in to CVS please. Thank you.
Welcomed professionally, minimal wait time. Employees very polite. I knew they would close soon but was welcomed when I entered the facility which was clean and comfortable. Results explained and recommendations were clear. Pleasant experience.
The staff was amazing. I was in Enid on Business from Arizona and was viciously attacked by a Pitbull while visiting a property. The staff took great care of me and my local Dr. complicated the perfection of my treatment. Great job team!!!!
I'm so grateful that Xpress Wellness was open until 8:00 & I was able to see a doctor! The doctor and staff were very kind & knowledgeable. I was able to get meds to overcome my health issue! It was a very positive, upbeat clinic and I will definitely go back if I need urgent care!
