My family has used Xpress Wellness several times over the years and we have always had a great experience. They have a caring staff with knowledge and friendly nurses, nurse practitioners, and doctors. Their hours have allowed us to be seen during later hours of the weekend and kept us from having to go the the ER or suffering through till the hospital regularly hours. Very thankful for this facility.
I went in for a drug screen with no appointment and I was able to get in quickly. The gal at the front desk was super friendly and helpful with my questions. Once the Dr called me to the back the process was fast and easy. Very nice staff
I checked in online and upon my arrival I waited approximately 10 mins to be called in...the room was full of people waiting to be seen. I was seen very quickly by the doc and sent home with prescriptions to help me get better. Nothing to complain about here.
Service was great, I didn’t have an appointment but was seen quickly. Everyone was friendly and willing to explain and answer any questions. Felt extremely comfortable choosing them for our families care!
I prefer to drive 30 minutes to be seen at this location. The providers and staff are ALWAYS the absolute best. Whether it be me or my children being seen they always take the time to explain everything and I never feel like they rush us in and out.
Both the receptionist and the nurse who gave me my tetanus shot were friendly and professional. I was a walk in and did have to wait over an hour, but there were several people ahead of me so that was to be expected. I could have made an appointment but there weren’t any available until evening and I wanted to go ahead and get it done earlier in the day. My husband and son have also both visited this place in the past few years and had a good experience. I would not hesitate to go back if needed.
I was really sick missed Thanksgiving and my Birthday!! My PCP office was closed and I remembered my friend recommended XpressWellness. I was treated very well, had a short time wait. Everyone was was highly respectful and friendly. If you're ever in need I highly recommend Xpress Wellness.
Great service, very clean facility, competent and friendly medical staff - highly recommend.
Follow up comment: During my visit I had lab work done that required several days for results and was told it would be early the follow week before the culture would be ready. However, I received a call from medical staff on Sunday evening letting me know I needed additional care - they did not wait till Monday morning - they had someone call me Sunday night as soon as the results were uploaded. They then helped me get the follow-up care I needed, back home in another state, as I visited this medical facility on an out-of-town work trip. Today, not often do you find a medical team that provides this level of personal care and attention to detail, especially to an out-of-town patient. Excellent medical care - Thank you!
