The staff was extremely kind and friendly and took my concerns seriously. Dr. Bender took time to explain what was going on with me and referred me to the ER. Dr Lee, the ER doctor disagreed with the findings at Xpress Wellness. I was told I had acute bronchitis and was prescribed medication. I am still having the problems I had when I went to Xpress Wellness. I am taking precautions as advised by Dr Bender. I would recommend Xpress Wellness Urgent Care for your immediate health problems.
I am so thankful that Casey was very kind hearted and worked us in 20 mins before closing due to our daughter reminding us last min. Needing sport physical and nurse hunter getting us back quickly and we just love Dr. Phillip always taking care of myself & family in a timely manner one phenomenal team you have so bless & Thankful❤️
I wouldn’t even give one star. The NP was rude and told me to take an over the counter prescription of Sudafed after saying I had fluid in my throat and ears. She didn’t appear to have an ounce of compassion or empathy. Came in for literally nothing. I am going to my PCP tomorrow. Will never go to the this facility again. I am a RN and this place is complete joke. I wanted a prescription cough medicine, zpack and strong antihistamine (maybe some Promethazine DM and she acted annoyed that I asked her. When we were leaving she handed me an antibiotic script after saying it was a viral infection, but never prescribed anything for cough. I shouldn’t be surprised my husband told me not to go here. They diagnosed him with a ruptured ear drum when he actually had part of his ear pod piece down in his ear drum. I used long tweezers and retrieved it out. This was several months ago. He said it was the same lady who treated me.
Phillip the provider I saw was very thorough, and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with him and the whole staff from the beginning to the end. One of the best medical care experiences I have ever had.
My experience at Xpress Wellness Urgent Care of Ardmore was amazing. The staff, from the beginning, was attentive and professional. It did not take long to be seen and I felt the doctor was thorough in her assessment of my condition. I will go back if the need arises.
Not the best experience I’ve had. The NP wasn’t very helpful. The doctor should have did a better check instead of walking and then walking out.
They were going to close about 10 minutes before we got there and I hated to show up that late but due to work, that was the earliest I could get my daughter to the doctor. She needed tested for strep. They were so polite and helpful. The lady at the front desk was awesome and the doctor was great. I highly recommend!
I take both of my children here for most of their doctor visit needs. I absolutely love the environment this place offers and the quick service they have. They are so patient with my kids and makes sure they’re not scared or worried while receiving treatment!
