From the phone call to verify my insurance to the end of the visit was pleasant even though I was not feeling well at all. The front office woman was kind and efficient. The wait was incredibly shorter than expected. The doctor had great bedside manner while being quick and efficient as well. My meds were called in correctly and quickly. Overall 5 stars and would recommend when in Ada!
The service provided was quick. The staff was very informative about which pharmacies were still open on a Sunday around 5:30pm. Dr looked me over then put in a prescription for a double ear infection. I'm feeling much better now.
Front reception was amazing! Took care of us quickly and efficiently. (Replaced my lost insurance card with a xerox of it!!! Didn't even ask for that.) was able to sign in easily on solv, and she helped me with questions on the paperwork I had. Was able to be seated into my own room very quickly. All the medical staff were polite and welcoming.

And My Dr April listened asked me where my pain was .. and I felt that the whole staff cared about me.. My prescriptions were called or sent immediately to my pharmacy. I Will definitely go back there!!! They also have on line Visits

I was in the waiting area about 10 minutes and got to go in doctors room. They were very friendly and professional. I was diagnosed in about 7 or 8 minutes and prescribed meds and sent to pharmacy. I was very pleased with my experience. Only one thing negative. Their weighing machine was off ????
I highly recommend Xpress Wellness Urgent Care in Ada, OK. The staff are friendly and understanding. They listen to your concerns, give needed advice and testing to determine the problem. The facility is very nice. I also like that I can schedule a time to go in online and don’t have to wait a long time to be seen.
Xpress Wellness in Ada, OK always has friendly front desk staff and practitioners. We are able to schedule a visit time online and reduce time waiting in the waiting room . The check in process is virtual and easily done within a few minutes. They take most major insurance and get you out the door quickly.
