No hot water the name is not express inn it's Araya inn and it's an old motel 6 the bed is hard as a rock they advertise breakfast but don't offer it. I'm very disappointed this place sucks
My stay at the express inn has been very positive. the front desk receptionist is very helpful, and they do offer better rates for extended stays. The room I stayed at is non-smoking and kept clean. They were doing renovation as of January so they are improving the rooms even more so. It is conveniently located neat the freeway so that's also a plus.
I would definitely recommend this for individuals that are looking for the best price hotels in Marshall.
Other than the ice machine being out of service, this was a pleasant and pleasureable experience. The rooms were immaculately clean. The bathroom in the room I stayed in appeared to have been recently remodeled. I wasn't thrilled with my choice upon the initial eye test. However, if you go beyond what you see initially, you'll see these people take care of their rooms and guests
We have had to stay here for an extended period and the stay has been good. The staff is awesome and the owners are very nice and accommodating. Quick to handle any issues that may arise.
They have been renovating for a while so have normal issues, but take care of them in a timely manner.
I would recommend this establishment to anyone. Prices and rates are very good.
This motel exceeded our expectations. I almost didn't stay here because the reviews were so bad. The rooms were clean . The AC and heater worked. Hot and cold water worked. The location was perfect for our needs. The price was awesome. I will definitely be back.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, AC, Wi-Fi, clean towels daily, cable tv. What else can you ask for?
There was a hole on the wall, spider webs on the door, the floor was filthy, DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES ON THE INTERNET, we had no ac vent, the TV only had one channel and didn't work, the room is so small that it's not WORTH 70 Dollars , also the room smells like cigarettes , the paint on the wall is coming off.
Air-conditioning vints really dirty, bathroom nasty, loud noise all night
