First, they were very kind! Very. The low score is about the quality of the service, client management, and marketing. The website is misleading. The actual atmosphere does not align with what is marketed. The chairs don’t all work properly with massage functions. They were ill prepared for the appointments on the books (not walk-ins, but appointments). The pedicures are actually normal pedicures with fancy names. This is not a spa. It’s a regular nail shop. We are unfamiliar with the area so websites and social media are big to us. This was a bust for us.
My girlfriend went here and it was absolutely terrible, the workers here do not care about their customers and when she wanted a full set with French tips she instead got lines painted across her fingers. Also the workers hands were dirty and they rushed her in and out of there in under an hour with a piss poor job. She had bubbles at the end of her fingers, all the nails are uneven in length, and he didn’t even ask what shape she wanted. Needless to say you shouldn’t waste your time or money here it is not worth it.
I went in to get my nails done and left disappointed. I asked for dip powder with chrome on my natural nails and the lady who did my nails didn’t really know how to do them. I showed her a picture to give her an idea of what I wanted. She didn’t shape my nails correctly, missed a few steps, and even left bubbles on my nails. At one point I took the nail file to shape my own thumb to make my nails even. I like the color which is the one star I’m giving this place but I paid $67.00 and left feeling like I could have done a better job myself. Not going back.
I went to XoXo Nail Spa on Thursday July 25th to get a nail removal and dip nails. Today is Saturday July 27th and my nails are cracking and breaking in half. I paid $75 total for the nail removal and dip just for my nails to start breaking a couple days later. I will definitely not be coming back to this nail spa.
I had the best pedicure ever. My assigned technician took her time with the deluxe pedicure I choose. It was relaxing, enjoyable and very professional service. I will return.
these people have $38 pedicures. I don’t know one place in Nashville that has a price that low not to mention I didn’t have to sit in a chair to wait at all. They have adequate amount of staff that can assist you without you having to wait I will definitely be a repeat customer.
I got an acrylic fill with gel polish and it turned out fine- However, I would like to say that customer is continued to come in while being fully booked, and they never once mentioned the wait. Thankfully, I got there and they were just finishing up with someone, but the person after me waited, almost an hour before being helped and the next girl waited well over an hour. When I left, they still had someone waiting for a full set when they were just starting a full set. They only have one person for acrylic there.
The woman that did do acrylic, she was very rough, and I was bleeding multiple times throughout the appointment. More expensive than the place. I normally go to, I just was in the area. I would not go again.
Tina was wonderful! We're in town on vacation & she had so many tips on what we should do, eat, etc. She recommended I try dip powder for the first time & I love it! She did a phenomenal job & my nails look natural & beautiful. The salon was clean, good music playing, loved it!
