Every time I’ve come here, Service is great. The burrito tortillas are made right in front of you press the food is made right in front you as well and the freshness of the burritos no matter what you pick. I always get the vegetarian option amazing flavor, very abundant and in the area 147 and bird, it’s the only Mexican spot that has the best food all around
I’ve been coming to this place for years, but today’s experience was beyond disappointing. The employees were incredibly rude. I was trying to order a quesadilla, and the older lady with short blonde hair didn’t even greet me. She made my quesadilla however she wanted, leaving out the veggies, and then claimed that’s what I asked for—even though she never asked me what I wanted. To make matters worse, the same employee dropped my boyfriend’s tortilla on the floor, picked it up, and didn’t even bother to change her gloves. I’ve never had this kind of problem here before, but today’s service was unacceptable. Please just save your money and time.
this is an amazing place. to eat not only is the food delicious but the staff and service is incredible. i have become close with the manager and the staff member named Bryan. they are incredibly nice. I recommend this place to anybody who wants to eat delicious Mexican food made with love and care????
Favorite Mexican Fastfood! The queso side is fantastic ???? It's like a Mexican subway but even better than Chipotle because they let you put beans in the quesadilla and have a wider variety of fillings and sauces, also a much better price than Chipotle.
I have ordered a ground beef salad and there is no ground beef , it is so disrespectful the amout of money you pay for a delivery to get a salad with no meat the person who served me was Samantha according to the receipt this order was through uber eats I have been also trying to contact the restaurant but nobody amswered. One of the worst places to eat. They have no sense of cooking. First of all the ladies there make u wait long coz they are always grumpy for no apparent reason. They would half heartedly start ur order. They don’t care if chicken or beef is being cooked together and with same spatulas. Talk about food allergies or contamination, do they care? Naaahh!! The pieces of meat are going here and there over the veggies. They don’t care. You have to consistently repeat what u want coz the lady doesn’t listen at all or maybe doesn’t want to. Or maybe both!! If you are a Vegetarian, Vegan or Allergic to any particular meat, stay the F away from this place.
One of the worst Mexican restaurants I’ve ever ordered from. I’m Mexican and just moved to Miami. I’ve been hoping to find good Mexican restaurants and this is NOT it.They got part of our order wrong. The nachos pictured look completely different than what we received. It was essentially just chips with meat on top. The food has a terrible after taste and part of it was burnt. You can make better food at home. Don’t waste your time and money ordering from this place.
I ask them not to cut my quesadilla and they treat me bad. They also said the quesadilla had to be cutted. Even if i dont want to. When i walked out the store they started talking bad about me and my family for something that should not be a problem. They also asked my Daughter Questions and she's a minor.
