This is one of my favorite restaurants in Syracuse! XO Taco brings a new flavor to Mexican food that does not disappoint! Their nachos are some of the best I have ever eaten and their burritos and drinks are great as well. I highly recommend going here if you are in the area!
If you are in Syracuse for any amount of time you must make time for XO Taco. Excellent food (be prepared for spicy), friendly and helpful staff, and not to mention the extensive tequila selection. Don't stress because the house marg is terrific (I like 'em spicy). Ordered (R-L) carne asada (corn tortilla), curried cauliflower (flour) and Gen Tso shrimp (flour). Churro for dessert - nice and crispy!
Restaurant was very nice inside.
Food was just okay, nothing to return for.
Price is too high based on what you get.
There is no complementary salsa and chips provided before your meal.
The food is most excellent and delicious! Especially the Lobster taco. I did not give a 5 star because of the ordering process. You have to fill out your order on small pieces of paper with very small print. I love this food, but without my glasses, I cannot see to order on those pieces of paper. It is also kind of confusing. The waitress was not so accommodating.
I was visiting Syracuse on a work trip for a few days. This was by far my best experience. The bartender was extremely friendly and she provided great information about where to visit while in town. The tacos are amazing and the hot sauces are even better!
The birria quesadilla was absolutely delicious and flavorful. Would eat it 57 more times.
Waiter was nice, until he ghosted for a solid hour once we finished our meals.
A little too broccoli haircut/hipster for me, but I'd still go back for that quesadilla.
The tacos were ok but a little pricey ($6/taco) for what they were. The street corn just wasn’t what we expected but the frozen piña colada was good tho!
Tacos were really good especially the shrimp with the green sauce on top and the red sauce under the shrimp. Good guacamole. Service was attentive and vibe was cool with throw back music.
