Awful !! Got nails and toes done , asked for acorn on nails got this , asked for same color on toes and got this . No matter how awful it was I feel the need to tip , I wanted to tip the lady who did my nails 10 dollars because it took a lot longer and I wanted to tip the lady that did my toes 5 dollars since it took her a short while, as I was running my debit card I asked how I can split this up as far as tips go and I was told quote : just don’t worry about that we will take care of that part. Well I am worried because it’s my money and I want my money to go to each one as I want it to go to not the owner telling me who my money goes to . It is my concern since it’s my money and my tip . I shouldn’t have left anything but that’s just not me . Very rude people in this place , I do not recommend

After moving from Texas, I spent a lot of time trying to find a new nail place. I’m very thankful I found Tammy! She does AMAZING work! She’s so kind and so personable. I highly recommend XO Nails.
Wonderful nail salon, I really recommend it. They have awesome service and a great atmosphere, it’s so calm and clean. Very relaxing and caring environment. Loved it and will be back.
I’ve been coming here on and off for years because i love the owners but these past few months have been terrible. I dont think i got a good set of nails at least 5 times now. The nail techs always push dip and gel polish and i refused them and i got treated so poorly after that so im never going back. So disappointing because i used to love going there.
I would really rate them a 4.5 because of the wait. We scheduled manicures for 5 people 2 weeks in advance. 4 of us waited a good 20 - 30 minutes past our appointment time because of walk ins. I bumped them to 5 stars because of their customer service with my 6 year old daughter. They were very patient and accommodating with her! The quality of both the dipped and gel manicures were great. I don’t have any comparison as to cost but 3 gel manicures cost $89 which seemed reasonable to me.
If I could give 0 stars I would. They don’t take appointments I waited for 30 min without them saying anything and finally I was seated in a pedicure chair I waited another 30 min while people who came in after me got their nails done. I finally had to just leave and again nothing was said.
1st time here yesterday came back the next day. Mani pedicure done with ease, no stress. Every one were nice. I shall return. Oh yeah I even got my eyebrows waxed ????????????♀️????
