First time customer. I found this company online when I heard someone else mention flavored marshmallows and I decided to go with XO, out of the other three I found.
I ordered online and my total was just under $40
Free shipping for a purchase of $35 or more
I received my order within 5 days and that to me is a quick ship ????
It is pretty cold here in New England, so I wasn't worried about any damage to them because of the heat.
Easy ordering process and they seem to have extra percentages off for different reasons each month.
I do wish they had a bigger selection of flavors, but I obviously found a few that I was happy with and I am sure I will order from them again.

I came to the actual location on North Clark in Chicago, passing through while traveling with my son.
Ariana was super friendly and made a great tasting Salty Caramel Cappuccino.
I bought a s'mores fluff cup, cookie dough chocolate covered cookie. Yummy
The atmosphere was chill and fun.
Good hot chocolate, but honestly what made me leave a great review here was the customer service. We can’t eat gelatin, but the employees were super kind in finding a way for us to enjoy our drink/flavor with the marshmallows. Small gesture but completely made my visit. Will come again, thank you ladies at the front!
I bought the advent calendar thinking it would be a fun to get a little treat everyday. How disappointed I am. These marshmallows don’t taste like their described flavor. At all. Is the flavor in the room? The only flavors I could actually taste so far were watermelon and the churro and it was very very subtle. I hate leaving negative comments but this wasn’t a cheap advent calendar!!! Buyer beware.
Edit: I want to keep the original review for reference. I reached out to customer service for a replacement or resolution to my rice krispy bar and they were super quick to respond and helped me right away. Their marshmallows bring the review up a lot and I am excited to re-try the bar whenever we make it back. 5/5 on service and friendliness. It made it so a sad experience was turned into a happy one and makes me excited to come back eventually!
Original post: I loved the marshmallows, they were delicious!
However, we bought a rice krispy bar, and both took a bite to realize it is completely stale. The date on the packaging says it doesn’t expire until September 20th, so I’m not sure if the package got air in it or what. We won’t have time to go back to the shop to get a refund.
I’m super sad because I was so excited to eat it! I would rate this place a lot higher if I just got a good rice krispy bar ???? a 5 dollar bar thrown away and wasted ☹️
Really good on the day I went. I could taste the toasted marshmallow in the s’more. Took home a kind of chocolate covered layered cupcake. So good the next day! Fudge-y and squishy and crunchy all at the same time. I took one star off because I see the owner arguing with other reviews. They are 100 percent gluten free! My only advice is you can’t be all things to all people. Maybe focus on retail or online but not both until one of those is strong enough? And I know chocolate stores that simply won’t ship in hot weather. Maybe take a page from their playbook. Arguing with online reviews doesn’t accomplish much.
Cute marshmallow shop with Instagram worthy drinks and atmosphere. I got the Birthday Cake Frozen White Chocolate which came with marshmallow fluff and a block of marshmallow on top. It was delicious. The Salted Caramel Marshmallow Smore was equally good. Friendly service and a nice place to relax. I picked up cute boxes of marshmallows as gifts.

, I’ve been following them for a while on TikTok and finally got the chance to stop by. Their treats are just as sweet and delicious as their content, no lie! I tried the S’mores marshmallow and it was delicious! Also, the atmosphere is so cute! Super Instagrammable, but also the perfect spot to study/work or chat with friends. If you decide to stop by, don’t forget to take a photo with their Polaroid in the back; they make for good memories :)
I love marshmallows! So I was very excited to try this place!! We walked in and it was so freaking cute! The colors on the walls and all the things they offer were super cute! The service was great and the ladies that worked there were also very patient while we tried to figure out what we wanted.. I got the Gourmet Hot Chocolate and an assortment of marshmallows thatI couldn’t wait to try I didn’t even get a photo :/ but I will say the funfetti was my favorite! Salted Carmel was also pretty good and surprisingly to me the cotton candy was also delicious! Everything felt so high end and every bite I took was just so luxurious. Such an experience! Can’t wait to go back!
