It was a spur of the moment invitation to my nephew's 21st birthday party I never knew this place existed I haven't been to the mall in years but I was very surprised by the atmosphere the ambience and the wait staff the food was excellent the arcade games took me back in time the karaoke was beyond my expectations and the bowling alley was magnificent I never knew that such a fun place existed in the fashion Fair Mall so all in all I am saying this is a really fun place to visit and hang out for a good time on any given night I will return again
I don't bowl much, but I like it here when I do. Staff is average, could be better. But atmosphere is cool, drinks are cool. I have fun. I haven't had the food. Haven't seen any sketchy types when I've gone. So if they stay away, I'll keep going back. Good for families and couples.
Ryan, Anthony, and everyone that helped us tonight were so amazing! We stopped in for karaoke and had a blast. Ryan took incredible care of us, and was so so so kind. They're all just fantastic people. Absolutely recommend!
Cool atmosphere but the lanes are TERRIBLE. Not well maintained and too grippy because I don't think they oil the lanes. Add to it, all the kid ramps are broken, seats are all worn out and cracked.
We went here today and had such an amazing experience. The manager was extremely nice and we had a great family day out today. We are definitely coming back. I'm excited for the deal on Mondays and Tuesdays, and can't wait until we can come back another time with the family.
Went there yesterday and had a blast. Lexi was helping me at the front desk. She was patient and very helpful with me and my family. She even was talking to my young granddaughter. Lexi thank you for making our day. We will debe back. The bartender was great too. My drink was so good.
Jeremy was so cool! Got us set up right away on the lanes and arcade games! Kennedy was our server and she was so fun and answered all our questions about the menu and food ... Which was delicious! Get the taco salad and sweet potato fries!!
Games were working and lanes were clean colorful and fun! We spent well over three hours here just having a blast!
Everything is modern and cleaned and super comfortable and above all all we felt safe. Thanks X Lanes!! We'll be back!
Just took my daughter and grandkids bowling for the first time here, HORRIBLE SERVICE. Went to front desk and asked for a lane and food for the kids. was sent to the bar area by female worker at desk . Went to bar area and waited about a good 15 to 20 minutes just to be told we had to go back to the front desk they couldn't take the food order there. Now I'm a little fustarade walked back to front just to be told that the bar area should of took the order. I'm very irritated at this point!!!! So we asked for the best bowling option to buy for a family of 5 we were given the pay by the hour so we got the lane and was told she'll send someone over for us to order food.... Never happened we had to look for someone... At this point the kids are not caring to bowl anymore but my daughter and I told them let's make the best of it . As we started are game we added the bumpers for the kids .. kids went to bowl only to notice that the bumpers were not working so my daughter went to tell a worker . We waited on the worker to come ( remember we only have a hour) the worker came only to have to go back to the front desk to switch lanes ... we moved over to the next lane... by the time we got situated and started playing yes you guessed it Time was up...so we went back up to the front desk only to be told we should have payed by the lane not the hr and it would of been alot cheaper.... WOW I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN... WE SPENT ALMOST $200 ON A HOUR OF NOTHING AND HORRIBLE FOOD... need better customer service ????
