It was ok. Felt rushed and the sushi rolls weren’t great. Hubby loves his Gen Taos chicken and the presentation was beautiful.
Love this place! We've gone for birthdays 2 times and the staff always treats us like family. The Hibachi chefs are so amazing at their craft and just wonderful entertainers too! Their Sushi is so good. I haven't tried a single thing I wouldn't get again and again. Xiaos' truly deserves your business!
Had a long day and was excited to dine in and have a nice dinner. Got a coupon in the mail for $15 off of $30. Asked the waiter how this coupon worked and he didn’t know, so he got his manager. This manager told him we would get $15 off of any order $45 or more. So we ordered $45 worth of food. I enjoyed this meal knowing it was over priced, but was promised this discount. The manager then came over to inform us that we had to pay $15 to get this discounted. This was not what the other manager and employee told us. I asked her if she would make sure that management was on the same page and assured her it wasn’t our waiters fault, but her and the other managers lack of communication. She schooled the waiter in front of us and made the restaurant tense and uneasy. When she came back we quickly realized they never were going to discount our meal and that this was a scam to encourage us to spend $45+ in hopes of a discounted meal. Very unprofessional and rude. I will not be returning and I was a loyal customer!
I came here to get lunch and I ordered the hibachi steak lunch portion. My meal tasted a little off and I told my waiter that it wasn’t good and she called over the manager. Manager basically tells me that it’s my fault the food tastes bad and that since they already made it I’d have to pay for it anyways… and that they make the food the exact same everytime. Well it didn’t taste good and my steak was cold and mushy. And on top of that the service was terrible. My waiter didn’t seem to know what the hell was going on and the manager was just plain rude. Never coming back again.
When it was the Daily Buffet or any other hibachi and grill place I never had bone in my freshly cooked beef. Otherwise the hibachi man was so very sweet as well as every one else. Food tastes good. Not the greatest. I miss the chandelier the place lost something special.

My husband arrived a little late, and the chef noticed without us even mentioning it. He timed my husband’s food to be cooked last so it would stay hot—such a small gesture, but it meant so much! It’s rare to find that level of attention to detail and care.
Even the owner stopped by our table to check on us, making us feel like valued guests. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lively, and the service was impeccable.
Highly recommend Xiao Hibachi for anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. We can’t wait to return!
Had a reservation and when we arrived they were running a bit behind (out of their control), but they were so friendly and communicative about everything! Sat us down at a regular table so we could order drinks prior to the hibachi dinner. Our chef was excellent. Will definitely come back!
Okay so story time
I ordered lunch for take out for my boyfriend and I to be picked up after a doctor appointment I had. Well the appointment actually turned into a 4 hour fiasco with extra tests and prods and a referral to another doctor. I ended up being so wrapped up I forgot about the food until I got a text about it. I messaged back letting them know a brief summary of the situation and told them that I would be in to get it after I was released.
She offered to deliver it but I couldn’t eat in my predicament so we’re agreed on me coming to get it once I was released. I called before I headed over there to make sure it was still available and she told me “oh I’m happy you’re okay, that food is cold now, I won’t serve you that, I will make you fresh food come over” so I did. It was ready so fast and she was so kind and brought it to my car for me. The customer service is unmatched to anywhere else I’ve experienced.
