A friend was craving noodles so we went over to this place. I didn't order the noodles myself but instead I ordered the lamb skewers and chicken skewers. It was so juicy and tasty. The seasoning on the skewers was solid too and didn't taste dry. It's not going to fill you up but it's an amazing appetizer! Lamb skewers were near perfect. The place itself was very small but cosy and the staff was nice. Highly recommend even if you're not going for noodles.
This is an Asian fast food noodle house. Had the "Spicy & Tingly Beef Biang Noodle Soup". This was my first time having this type of noodles. I'm not much of noodle expert. It's a wide full body noodle. Serving size was very generous. With the beef and spiciness of the soup base it was a very satisfying meal. Easily could have made two servings if you wanted to share. Plenty of parking. Seating was limited. Because of the automation of the ordering process the services interaction limited. You order and the food is served at your table, simple.
Yummy food and perfectly sized portions! Fulfilled my craving for both mala and hot soup. Staff is friendly and helpful. Spice level is a little toned down so you may want to order a level higher than usual. The Sichuan sliced beef actually looks much better than the photo in the menu- it comes with tripe and a few other ingredients! Price is unbeatable as well.
Been here multiple times - this location and udistrict and it’s one of the best oil pulled noodles in Seattle.

A must stop if you like hand pulled noodles, chewy texture laden with hot chili oil and choice of protein. Don't forget the spicy sliced beef and tripe and chewy boiled dumplings. The takeout bag was impressive designed to retain heat and lined with aluminum.
The noodle here is incredible. It is the best noodles I have eaten near Seattle. It’s traditional Chinese flavor and all hand-pulled noodles. Highly recommended! The service is nice and friendly!
Love it, the food is yummy and they have a free yummy peach(?) drink if you eat in. The service is extremely fast, really good for a lunch on a work day.
Food and service was good. First time trying Xi'an style Chinese cuisine. They don't take cash, remember that before visiting. Only debit and credit card. Very clean restaurant.????
