First time going here. I saw Brooke H. and she exceeded all my expectations. I didn’t know how I would like this big change to my hair, but I also didn’t know if it would work since I did have box dye still in my hair. She did amazing and her instructors were amazing as well as they helped her. Thank you to everyone that helped her and especially a big thank you to Brooke and her little assistant Diana (I probably spelled her name wrong but she knows who she is). I’ve gotten my hair curled twice here within a year and I should’ve learned after the first time to not go back. Instead of curls there like waves! Had a wedding to be in and paid this place $50 to turn around and pay someone again to actually curl it. 2 different times and 2 different students..I’d give zero stars if I could. Students or not it’s literally just curls that weren’t even curls or even close to it. Picture is literally right after I left…my hair looks straight!!! Not one single curl and the first time a year ago was just as bad!!
I have gone to Xenon my whole life for haircuts and have never had an issue! However, today I went for a cut and face framing. My hair dresser asked what I wanted and then didn’t talk or interact with me the rest of the appointment. The framing looks very choppy and uneven- they let me come back in for a fix but unfortunately it’s just not what I was looking for. However, this being my first ever issue the past 15+ years I still have hope for future cuts! Just got unlucky with my student this time I think even though I asked for a senior.
My mom, who is new to town, was looking for somewhere to get a perm. After asking for recommendations on the Let's Talk Papillion Facebook page this place was highly suggested. The place looked very clean and was decorated nicely. My mom had a good experience over all but the stylist was very slow taking almost 3 hours for a cut and perm on short hair. The price was awesome though and we will definitely be back.
I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Jenny McCauley, and it was an amazing experience! She's not only a skilled professional but also a warm and friendly person.
Might I say, her scalp massages are heavenly and add a luxurious touch to the visit. That everyone's favorite part right?
What sets her apart is the inviting atmosphere she creates, making it feel like you're with a close friend. I highly recommend Jenny for her expertise, warmth, and the fantastic overall experience she provides. Looking forward to my next appointment!
My skin looks amazing thanks too Senai. I just did a standard facial and my skin is glowing. I have sensitive skin and I don’t see any irritation. Not to mention her massage is amazing as well. I definitely recommend booking an appointment with her.
Came in for mani pedi and it was amazing. They have massage chairs and it was awesome. Julissa was very professional and very friendly and courteous. Lord, Julissa's hands were so soft and angelic. When she was massaging my feet and hands I was going in and out of sleep. I loved how she was so delicate with my feet and hands and how she pays attention to detail.
I am thankful for Natalie B.'s exceptional kindness and skill in rolling my perm. She demonstrated remarkable patience with my 9-year-old granddaughter, who had a plethora of questions about the bang coloring process, making her first experience a positive one.
