Xcaret is an amazing Mexican restaurant, and the meals are very filling and worth the money! The waiters and waitresses are very nice, but these pictures don’t do it justice! I will totally return here!
I’ve been here a few times and it’s been pleasant. Portion sizes are good. Food is good. Service was prompt.
The manager said that because I ordered a lunch carnitas special and ate it before finding out that they brought me the dinner special that I am responsible for paying for ir! what sense does that make since I don’ have any idea what the proportion would have looked like. So they refused to correct the bill. Now I have to call bank and dispute total charge. comments welcomed. what should they have done? oh and by the way the manager decided to get rude with me and didnt want to listen. For anyone attempting to visit this location for the first time.. don’t even bother because if a situation arises then you will just have more headaches. Oh and yeah they have a ton of add ons and don’t communicate this to you before you order. Furthermore make sure they print out your bill before you pay. Would

I have been a few times over the years and each time I wonder why I tried again…
My husband and I stopped in recently for a drink and appetizer. The dip was cold and my margarita glass had chunks missing from the base. I pointed out the hazard to the waitress and she didn’t seem concerned. The portion with the drink didn’t seem damaged but I couldn’t hold the stem/base as the edges were sharp. The total was $40 for two drinks and a mediocre dip. Only one other table (seated right next to us) otherwise empty whole time we were seated.
Absolutely amazing! Colorful place, fast and wonderful service, and the food is some of the best authentic Mexican I’ve ever had! Highly recommend!
Food was amazing and came very fast, kind staff, Veery good bang for your buck here, tons of food. I got the steak fajitas, genuinely the best fajitas i’ve ever had.
We LOVE Xcaret. The food and service are exceptional. My picky teenagers request this restaurant for a family night out, which speaks volumes. The tamales, soup and enchiladas are all excellent and the tres leches cake is to die for.
Prices are very reasonable.
Highly recommend.

I’ve been here 2 or 3 times and each time the food is fresh and hot, but under seasoned for my liking. Depending on what you order, the portion sizes seem small. You can’t go wrong with their burrito though. It’s huge and you’ll definitely have left overs and be asking for a box. The ambiance is bright and like the decor. The staff are kind, accommodating and quick. Chips and salsa are yummy. And their margaritas are delish! :)
