Went last night. My friends and I were in line to get into the club since 8:00 pm. We finally got to the door and they did not honor our free tickets. It was 8:37 pm. Never going back.
Daniel was an amazing hostess! First time at Xalos and I enjoyed it! I might start coming here more often ???? I need to see more of Daniel. He knows how to have fun
Great show! Good service, fast entrance and smooth sailing! $20 Parking fee. Definitely coming again! ????????????????????????@mr_krispycuts @navaja_de_oro_barbers
Spanish speaking place to dance and bring a date or birthday party. Dj and light show over the dance floor. Private booths available
I recommend it 100% to anybody who likes to dance and have fun.
Excellent Customer Service ????
Very disappointing. They waited to bill me full price for a bottle. After there server told me the "Special Price", and apparently, there system automatically charges full price after 11pm.
The artist was advertised to sing for 2 hours, and they gave him the stage just shy of 1 am. and only performed for a little over an hour. Never again will I attend another event.
I went here for a friend's bday party...they need to work on their parking team, they are very confusing, they advised it was valet but we had to park our own car. Also, their security guards were rude in general (not bouncers) and one of them made me feel very uncomfortable with his constant awkward staring. Also no ID asked when ordering drinks; I get it adults only but it is still California; I am pretty sure there are rules to follow. The bottle service was great that's the only reason why I'm giving some rating.
We went since they had promoted there would be banda. Well apparently on Saturday there is but only one hr at the end. We where disappointed. It was fun but miss leading.
