It's a nice place,but the atmosphere is a bar that serves Mexican food and has bands on different nights.it wasn't for us..They had 1 person taking orders,and serving. If your gonna open the doors ,have 2-3 waitresses working,not 1 doing everything, felt bad for her,the food was good,we had the bbq plate and the tri tip was very tender and tasted good...

Xalisco's Bar and Grill is a very nice restaurant. The food there is delicious and they have a wide variety of food to choose from. Not to mention that they now have BBQ on their menu and ???? is all I can say. Stop by and check it out for yourself. I promise you won't be disappointed...
Food was good place was big & safe the service needs improvement they forgot parts of our order there was only 2 waitresses for the whole place which is ridiculous long wait to get refills they need to hire more people.
Absolutely delicious. Have had a lot of different dishes at many different restaurants that have come and gone in this valley. This restaurant is EXCEPTIONAL. Ceviche, enchiladas, and taquitos were amazing. The Three Maria’s was amazing. My father is extremely critical of great food and a his shut him up. Highly recommend.
We wanted to take my mom out for a nice Mother’s Day dinner. She was the one who chose this restaurant and was excited to try somewhere new. How disappointing that we waited TWO HOURS for absolutely nothing to come out. If it hadn’t been for the drinks and chips and salsa, we would have been extremely hungry. I used to work in the food industry and understand that things can go wrong and kitchens can get backed up, but waiting two hours is unacceptable. My family and I handled the situation with respect and grace, but we will never be coming back to this restaurant. Do not come here on special occasions because they are not prepared or staffed for what they know will be a busy day. Two other tables left before us, upset as well.
I recently had my birthday event here in the garden side, which they have in the back the venue was beautiful all my guest were asking how I found this spot and how beautiful it was I had their buffet that had 3 different proteins Chicken, Tritip and Rib with garlic mash potatoes and a Ceasars salad my guest were so satisfied with the meal and kept telling how delicious everything the vibe was amazing the staff so attentive to satisfied all my needs will be coming back and refer all my friends my birthday was a blast thank you XALISCO staff and ofcourse the owner for such great service!
Had a reservation at 7:15, they told us the kitchen was backed up and would take 30 minutes to get our food, 30 minutes was not much to wait but then it became more than 30 minutes it was 9 pm and we had no food not even our appetizer. They only had about 6 tables not even full and we had waited almost 2 hours and nothing. We asked if they can at least bring my son’s food which was just a quesadilla and still nothing. It was horrible service, the owner/manager came after we were walking out. We never got our food.
