Located in Providence, Xaco Taco is definitely worth the trip. Cool decor, but even better food. My wife had the birria chicken tacos while I had the carnivoro bowl, and my daughter had the kids' beef tacos. Accompanied with some very good margaritas, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Definitely stopping by when we come back to Rhode Island.

i really appreciate the service here, can't emphasize enough that my 3 star rating has nothing to do with any staff here. they are very kind and hospitable. the vibes are cute, it's a bit too dim inside for my taste and tables could be a little less sticky but honestly could have been this humid summer and where the building is located. loved the music playlist, i heard a few selena songs and was very happy. i just feel the food is not hitting unfortunately. this was my third time visiting and i gave it a few tries before writing because i really wanted to like the food. the staff and vibes are top star. the food is all lacking in salt and lime which is crucial for latin cuisine. too much salsa to make up for the lack of salt and lime doesn't balance out. it's not that i won't be back, if a group of friends wants to go then i'll join. but i wouldn't seek this out for a date or solo or plan the outing here if i'm craving tacos.
Food and service is amazing here !! The drinks are so good! The drinks have just enough alcohol to make rethink your whole life lol. I come here often with friends to celebrate life and happy hour specials. It has great people and service. The wait time for food isn’t long and they cater to all your needs. Red is a great host and know how tend to his customers.
These are the best tacos in Rhode Island, the fish taco is the best I've ever had hands down. The atmosphere is awesome and super funky. A great lunch spot, can get busy for obvious reasons.

A really fun place for a meal! Also when it is sunny the large patio is great. Tacos were great and also we really enjoyed the corn. There is also a separate brunch menu
Fantastic restaurant with amazing staff. Francisco our waiter went above and beyond to help us get seated quickly and made sure our kids were comfortable and fed. I cannot say enough good things about Francisco and how fantastic he was. The food came out quickly and the kids menu was perfect for smaller kids. The restaurant has lots of space and both indoor and outdoor seating. Perfect place for lunch with your family or with just adults.
Xaco Taco has the best restaurant atmosphere in providence. Our drinks were exceptional, and our tacos were very fresh tasting. Our waitress Erin was AMAZING! She explained the menu items clearly and was very helpful. I would 100% recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a casual restaurant and good food.
