Waited in the room for 40 mins to be seen. The F-NP came in the room and didn’t announce herself or who she was. Didnt even ask me my name or say hello. Just jumped right to it.. like I was wasting her time and she wasn’t getting paid for this visit!! Anyways, she spent all of 3 mins w/ me. She asked 4 questions and was like ok we’re going to test you for the flu and just walked out the room! Like umm ma’am..hello!! Do I wait for someone, do I go somewhere.. like what!!?? I waited for another 15 mins before anyone else came in the room to do the test required. WHY is this place still open! I truly felt like she didn’t care about anything especially not me as a patient! I’ll rather drive to Abq before going to X-press care EVER!!
Horrendous experience. Went in for allergy treatment for our daughter. 3 hours after the treatment she got extremely sick and they claimed it wasnt from them. We cancelled the treatment. Now two months later they are billing our insurance company and us for services not rendered on a date we were not physically present.
This place is fraudulent.
Stay away from this place.
Came on first. Checked in first. These idiots called everyone else behind me. I can see why the rating was so low. Poor patient care, worthless concern for patients. Will not come back dont recommend anyone going if this is the best Clovis has I will go out of town!!!
I’ve been going here since I moved to Clovis three years ago. You may have to wait quite some time if you go in the afternoon but to me it’s worth it. Pleasant doctors who are willing to take the extra mile to make sure you’re being diagnosed correctly. Thank you so much for making my experience great

Went in for a DOT physical, paid $100, was there for 1 1/2 hours!!!
Receptionists were rude, but nurses and dr me and my younger brother saw were very nice. We went in for a rapid covid test for both of our jobs and were given the test but were told we had to wait 2-3 days for them to call us with our covid results. Then after we were seen we asked a receptionist for a Dr's note for work and she was very rude because I couldn't see that she was on the phone. We also wait about 2 and a half hours just to be seen. We were seen last Wednesday and still have not gotten a phone call for our results.
Update: May 2020. They have a new staff. Very friendly and funny. Make you feel welcome as best they can given the circumstances. When I called to check on my lab results, they were very helpful. Raised the stars due to a marked increase of everything.

at 8 not 9. When you point this out, to the receptionist honestly doesn't care and gives you a blank stare. When this is your only option to get a blood draw order and you aren't sick, it would help if the hours are correct.
You guys really need a better system or better employees. There is no reason for there to be a line for check in or check out. Also, if you have 2 receptionists in the Windows, both need to be working. Also, the lady that is in the lab, needs to quit socializing and get through the line of people waiting for blood to be drawn. She is not that important and needs to realize she can be replaced.
Don't come here and tell these people anything about you're personal life don't tell them where you work what you do how you got hurt because as soon as you tell them you don't work they will NOT help you at all..... Told them about my injury they said I don't qualify for workers comp or unemployment. Correct yourself you are a doctor you don't qualify to tell me what I deserve or what is considered workers compensation or not stay in you're lane unless you wanna get fact checked by someone without a degree idiot. P.S to the people avoid coming here to this
