It's 50/50 if you'll get good service or not. Some of the Doctors really shouldn't be allowed to practice. Like foe example the MRI operator. On call, but refuse to come in so you're forced to go all the way to strong. Genuinely so stupid.
I also have heard of a few of my friends being sent home over & over again to only find out theirs a major problem when they go somewhere else. Honestly, the state should investigate this place sometime.
A family member had an emergency Behavioral Health issue. We were staying at Letchworth St. Park so we had no cell service.
Upon leaving we finally received cell service. We had faith that our family member was being taken care of. Well, they discharged him without speaking to his family due to not meeting criteria for admission.
The nurse said to us ,"If this was my family member I would have contacted the hospital for an update." She knew we didn't have cell service however that remark was very unprofessional. Here we are in a Mental Health crisis and she has shown us no empathy. I hope she isn't like that with everyone. No understanding of what the family goes through!

The team that works with my Uncle is fantastic there he is on the blue floor and Nichole the head nurse always works hard to make him feel safe and comfortable. They are all a wonderful team.
These guys suck! They are scamming, no good, wannabe conartists who will drain your bank account dry. I was taken to them against my will for "mental health concerns" and they would not let me go, forced me to sign their contracts, made me extremely uncomfortable, were rude to me, and on top of that they expected me to pay them when i did not need to be there in the first place. literal scum of the earth. i refuse to pay them and will see them in court if they insist i owe them anything!
Terrible place, wouldnt give you a bandage if you were bleeding to death. I'm not joking when I say this place is a joke. Took a 7 year old with a massive infection in only to be told they were fine and that if they weren't to go somewhere else
This was the cleanest hospital that I have ever been in! My care was amazing and considerate. The hospital is a little over an hour away from home and I would make the trip again. Every single person we came in contact with at this hospital was amazing from the front desk, lab, nurses, aides everyone. My care was superior and the kindness was overwhelming. This is how it’s done - care for the patient and their family.
Took my son to the e.r, the doctor was rude, said hospital was equipped to handle an emergency. Why have an e.r, avoid at all cost.
GREAT visit from Linda at the check in desk, to Maggie the Nurse to the attending PA, Jacob N.
In and out in a very timely manner. Went in at a 9-10 pain level and left feeling MUCH better. Total visit was approximately 1 hour and that included x rays. Left with prescription’s sent to my pharmacy. Got there and those were ready!
Clean, efficient and wonderful care!
