Best WLM Reviews

I recently stayed at the Wynn Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. The luxurious decor and impeccable service made me feel right at home. The rooms are spacious and bright, with comfortable beds and complete amenities, reflecting the high quality of the hotel in every detail.
The dining options at the Wynn are incredibly diverse, ranging from fine dining restaurants to casual cafes, and every meal was a delight. The buffet, in particular, is worth mentioning for its variety and top-notch quality, making it hard to resist going back for more.
Additionally, the entertainment facilities at the Wynn Hotel are outstanding. Whether it's the casino, the pool, or the gym, there's something to satisfy every guest's needs. Overall, the Wynn Hotel not only provides a top-tier accommodation experience but also makes you feel genuinely cared for. I highly recommend this hotel for both business trips and leisure vacations, as it is an excellent choice all around.
The staff, service, and decor at the Wynn were excellent. For the ReInvent conference, my co-workers who waited too late to get a room here (sold out) and stayed at various other casinos said the other casinos quality was not comparable. For conference meals, the Wynn was the best. Asking attendees that go multiple years, this historically has been the case too. I have stayed at two other casinos (Paris, MGM) on the strip, and the Wynn room was far more comfortable and refreshing.
Very immaculate. The rooms are tasteful, comfortable, and inviting. The bed is extremely comfortable and truly the best sleep I have had on a vacation. The hotel staff were very friendly besides one bad encounter with housekeeping. We were treated well and enjoyed the spa, fitness center, restaurants, and ambiance. Wynn is top service and Tableau was great. The rooms are a world away from the hectic strip. The lake of dreams show was great, the theming is classic, inviting, and subtle. We will stay at Encore next trip.
**The Good:**
Scott at check-in was a standout. I accidentally booked one room at Wynn and another at Encore, but he quickly resolved the issue and arranged for both rooms to be on the same floor. His professionalism and helpfulness set the tone for what I hoped would be an excellent stay. The buffet experience was also delightful—though I didn’t catch her name, one staff member was particularly quick with drink orders and clearing the table, ensuring the dining experience was smooth and enjoyable.
**The "What Were They Thinking":**
The attempt to modernize the rooms with smart features like Alexa integration feels half-baked. While it's convenient to control temperature and curtains through voice commands, the lighting system is a major flaw. It’s impossible to turn on just one light—it’s all or nothing. This is especially frustrating at night when turning off lights in the bedroom or living area also shuts off the bathroom lights, creating unnecessary inconvenience.
**The Bad:**
The experience on the casino floor left a sour taste. While waiting near the elevator with my daughter as my dad retrieved my mom, a staff member approached us, claiming my daughter was "too close" to the gaming area—even though we were clearly in the designated pathway. Instead of de-escalating when corrected, he doubled down, accusing us of "loitering." His attitude was unprofessional, condescending, and completely unnecessary. Wynn, this is unacceptable for a hotel of your caliber.
**Overall:**
While there were moments of great service and hospitality, the frustrating smart room setup and the rude encounter on the casino floor dampened my experience. For the price, I would have expected a more seamless and polished stay. Next time, I’ll likely return to Treasure Island, where I know I’ll get better value for money.
We heard great things about the Wynn so we decided to stay there. The rooms were that of any high end hotel. Nothing special. Nice though. The room service was great. Good choice of food and drinks. Kinda high on the price but that’s what you pay to be lazy.
The casino was nice. We prefer Paris Casino more for eye appeal. The slots didn’t pay out well even after playing with several machines and half hour at each machine. The tables were awesome. We won big at the black jack table. Big. It paid for the whole trip. Plane, hotel, food, gambling, everything.
If you want a nice room, good food and great casino experience, stay at the Wynn.
Wynn Las Vegas is a luxurious resort hotel located on the Las Vegas Strip. It offers a truly luxurious experience with spacious, well-appointed rooms that provide stunning views of the city. The hotel features a variety of amenities, including a full-service spa, multiple pools, and a wide selection of high-end shops and restaurants. The casino is expansive, offering numerous gaming options. The hotel also hosts spectacular shows like **Awakening** and **The Lake of Dream**, which are highly recommended, especially for families with children. Overall, Wynn Las Vegas is a prime choice for those seeking a lavish stay in the heart of Las Vegas.
The rooms are beautiful and large and the service is quick as far as room service goes and house cleaning. It is located towards the end of the strip which makes it convenient for traffic purposes and it's easy to get to the heart of the strip because it's not far away. The casino is pretty clean and doesn't crazily smell like smoke like many others. The cafes inside are nice but I do wish there was a Starbucks inside. Their are multiple restaurants including SW steak which has amazing pretzel pull apart bread which is crazy good and the food is delicious. If you like to golf, the course is huge and absolutely beautiful. The nightclubs are also nice.
