Stayed at the Wynn for a my work retreat and the rooms were very nice. The room was huge and very clean. The screen had a welcome Michelle on the screen and the views from the window were amazing. We also had booked the meeting rooms and they were very clean and the personnel was on top of things they also provided breakfast during our meetings. I loved it! Definitely one of the best ones in Vegas!
One of best hotel experiences anywhere. Rooms and service totally fantastic. Resort as a whole wonderful. Gorgeous pool area, I feel the nicest in LV. Restaurant choices also fantastic. My only criticism, when ordering drinks in pool area, gratuity included, but in fine print. Huge line below for gratuity. Very misleading, and we all double tipped first day. Just a minor annoyance, though.
First time staying at the Wynn/Encore, and it's definitely a solid 5-star experience ????
Beautiful architecture and interior design is aesthetically pleasing throughout the resort. The layout is fairly easy to navigate, with plenty of top-notch restaurants to choose from. Quick tip, the restaurants here are popular, for a reason, so make sure you book in advance.
My only recommendation to management would be, please improve the air circulation somehow, so the smell of cigarette smoke doesn't linger around in certain areas.
Overall, my wife and I loved it here. We look forward to coming back, ASAP :)
Stayed in a room at the Wynn for a weekend while in town for a music festival. The overall hotel was nicer than some other options on the strip, but the overall experience was still a negative one.
The in-room dining was genuinely terrible. Not only was there an overly long wait just to place an order, once the phone was answered the staff were rude, clearly not interested in taking an order, and continued their joking conversation in the background while on the phone with me.
After the food arrived (an hour later), my expectations were high! It arrived on a nice table, presented well. However, after an hour (and 150 dollars), the food itself was cold. Not only that, the food was obviously frozen. The insult to be told that the in-room dining was equivalent to the restaurant, spend 150, and get a frozen pizza delivered to the room?
After trying to pick through the disappointing meal, we requested the table be removed twice and it was not until the following day.
The beds were comfortable, but the linens used trap heat and will literally cook you if you’re a warm sleeper.
Honestly, for the price paid, and the way the Wynn presents itself, I’m genuinely stunned at how poor the experience was overall.
It’s located on the Las Vegas Strip, we had exceptional stay. The views from the 63rd floor were amazing, complemented by the beautifully designed room. Service was top-notch, making the experience even more pleasant. Its convenient location is a big plus, being just 15 minutes drive from the airport and 10-15 minutes drive from the factory outlets. The buffet is a must-try, with an endless variety of food options. Overall, it's a standout choice for anyone visiting Vegas.
Went just for a show. Stopped by the bar for a pre show drink and service was great. Show was excellent there really is not a bad seat in the house. Staff at the ice-cream shop were very friendly. A bit out of my price range but lovely to visit and go to the show.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The panoramic room provided a great view and the service was superb. Although it may not be the best for walking, I enjoyed my time here as I came to Vegas to relax at the hotel and engage in activities around it. Wynn is the most peaceful and calming hotel in the area. As soon as I walked in, I felt instantly relaxed after a day of activities outside. It was exactly what I wanted.
The staff was wonderful, very pleasant. However, they could only do so much to make our stay pleasant. Let me start off by saying that the blow dryer was about 18 the cord on the blow dryer. He was about 18 in long. You could not blow dry your hair and look in the mirror at the same time you were virtually tied to the wall. There was no body wash in the shower. Also the shampoo that was in the shower, the hand soap and the dish soap all smell the same. The microwave was set up too high above my head I'm 5 '2 and I had to get hot liquids out of the microwave reaching above my head.. Very unsafely. The refrigerators didn't get very cold but it was clean. The second bed the foldout bed was like sweeping on crates. It was very hard we had to call for bedding. There was no bedding in the room. We had to call for bedding for that bed and was given sheets that smelled Dusty and old like they had been sitting on the shelf for a while. The bed was still very hard called in for a comforter or a blanket of some kind and was given three lightweight blankets that also smelled Dusty. I would not recommend this as a second bed for an adult! The air conditioning that constantly blew on the foldout bed. It got very cold at times and was no break from the from the constant air hitting on you. There was no free housekeeping available. Garbage and bed had to be done daily by me I would not recommend this hotel.
