The hotel was conveniently located near the freeway. Parking was ample and the room was very clean and had all the essentials for an overnight stay. Room service was quick and the food was good, moderately priced.
The beds were comfortable and everything was operating. My only issue was the air conditioning would not set lower than 72 which made our room stuffy through the night and definitely too warm once the sun came up as room window faced east.
Overall; our experience was good and we would definitely return when in the area.
Your staff was very helpful and nice. Your pool and hot tub were great. It was so great there was an onsite laundry mat for the guests. You have updated the carpet in the hallways and it's a lot nicer. The hotel has a great vibe and is very enjoyable to stay at. Will definitely be staying here again soon
This hotel was a wonderful accommodations for our traveling family. Checking in at 1:30am, to be able to rest in a clean and comfortable room was just what we needed. They online reservation process was stream less and the staff throughout the building was wonderful.
Amazing, friendly, Clean, beautiful indoor pool, awesome cafe, nice bar, comfortable beds, dog friendly. There’s nothing out here in the area, however, we came for a wedding that was about 10 minutes away from the hotel. It’s nice that there is a park just outside along with a dog park too. I sincerely have no reason to come back to the area however I would definitely come back just to have a quiet weekend here.
Perfect if you're heading to Sequoia Park the next day. A pleasant hotel. We were accommodated in a side building, not the main one – the common areas of this building (hallways, elevators, staircases) are a bit neglected. However, the room was clean, well-equipped, and had a nice bathroom. We also made use of the pool.
And now for the bonus – the hotel is far from the city center, which means it's also far from restaurants. So, we decided to have dinner at the hotel bar – and it was delicious! Great drinks and beer too. Encouraged by this meal, we had breakfast at the hotel restaurant the next morning, and it was one of the best breakfasts we had during our two-week trip. Nice stuff.
Everything about our stay, and everyone we encountered was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable, it was very quiet and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. My husband had a medical emergency and the staff knew what to do, they were compassionate, and went out of their way to assist. I really appreciate the professionalism and kindness. Anytime we are in the area we will be back

My husband had a medical emergency and the lady at the front desk quickly got Seana and the maintenance gentleman, who did not hesitate to come and assist. They were both compassionate and professional. Wyndham is our first choice the next time we are in town!
This property has been multi-stay hotel for the last 7 years. I have always had a pleasant stay and always look forward to the next time my travel plans bring me to Visalia, CA. The front desk is always friendly and ready to help with any special needs I may have. The last stay I had; I had with problems with printing documents which the front desk staff handily took care of. Overall, the property is very clean and quiet. The pool area is large and well maintained. Housekeeping took care of any issues that came up. The on-site restaurant is of high quality, generous portions, great service, and good value. I will even stop to have lunch or dinner when I am traveling through the area when not staying at the property.
