No complaints at all, will 100% stay agian. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Hot tub was a nice touch on the cold evenings. Clost to everything and easy to get around. Staff were wonderful and friendly. Check in and check out were simple
A very comfortable and enjoyable experience. A fast and efficient process during check-in and check-out. The appearance of the hotel is impeccable from the entrance, the pool area, the restaurant and of course the room. By the way, very good toiletry products. The entire structure is charming, complemented by attentive, efficient and friendly staff. ||Thank you. I recommend it.
Excellent value for money! The rooms appeared newly remodeled, offering a spacious and modern feel. Everything was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also liked the breakfast—simple yet fresh and satisfying.
Sooo.. not gonna say it wasn't nice. The facilities were fine. Room was lovely, bed was soft.
We did have a couple of VERY salty Whiskey Sours. Apparently someone put salt where the sugar goes so when the young ladies tried to make simple syrup for a Sour, it was salt, not sugar. Ok, stuff happens.
As a bartender, this should NEVER EVER happen. Don't get me wrong they refunded our money 100%, and made us new drinks, which was fine. But, $36 for 2 whiskey Sours, seems waaaaaaaaaaaay out of line for a middle of the road hotel bar.
Used the jacuzzi outdoors, only wore a thong suit to begin with, when they brought us our replacement drinks, they didn't say anything, so I am assuming it is allowed. Also it was totally dark and literally no one one else was in the pool area, so some skinny dipping happened. No one knew, and was discreet.
Would I stay again?? Probably. Might not order a drink though.
Love this place. Staff at CHECK in and check out were very pleasant, professional and helpful.
The bartender was professional and very helpful, went out of his way to have the restaurant get an order close to closing time.
I got a BONUS...the hotel is PET friendly ????????????.

Great hotel and location! The pool was fantastic and the rooms were very clean. My only disappointment was they advertise a breakfast option for an additional fee and when we went the the restaurant we were told the breakfast voucher was only good for one specific item on the menu leaving you with zero options for variety. We heard several other people complain about the same thing while waiting for our breakfast.
Our room had a cheap single cup coffee maker, and there is no complimentary coffee available. Overall, it was a great stay, but I'd recommend planning to eat breakfast elsewhere or save your money to order directly off the breakfast menu vs. buying the meal voucher.
Ate at the fire and spice restaurants waitress was extremely rude. Our order was wrong. Wasn't going to make a big deal since it was just the sausage that was confused for bacon. Cut a bite noticed it was completely pink on the inside. Told the waitress she said she would replace it, Never did and then charged us for the uncooked sausage. Never again will I eat at there in-house restaurant. Best advice order door dash or eat out. Not worth the money to eat at the hotel.
very friendly very clean very accomodable with all needs. Very comfortable everywhere. Great pool atmosphere Had a nice time every day I was there. Close to many places for shopping Not too far from the campus if you want to visit it. I had a real good time.
