My wife and I recently stayed at Wyndham Philadelphia, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! A special shoutout to Que at the front desk, who was incredibly accommodating and friendly. She went above and beyond to help us with a late checkout, making our stay so much more convenient and stress-free.
Another highlight of our visit was Chris, the concierge. What an absolute gem! He was funny, amiable, and full of charm, making our trip planning so much easier. He helped us craft the perfect itinerary with great recommendations tailored to our interests. Honestly, he’s the best concierge we’ve ever met—his professionalism and personality are unmatched!
The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of Philadelphia, which made getting around super convenient. On top of that, the value for money is excellent—we got premium service and amenities without breaking the bank.
Overall, Wyndham Philadelphia exceeded all our expectations, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!
Comfortable, spacious room. Super-comfy queen beds. Very clean and decorative. Excellent quality of food in dining room. Monica was a very friendly and attentive server in the restaurant. Will definitely book again. Discount vouchers for breakfast were very much appreciated.
The central location of this hotel meant I was only a 15 minute walk maximum from several significant historic landmarks. Many were less than 10 minutes away. Also, if you're looking for cheap eats there's a WaWa about 7 minutes away that serves hot meals and convenience items, and a public bathroom is at the Liberty Bell Center if you need a pit stop before exploring the area further. This hotel has a rooftop pool, the room was very large and spacious. There was a crib available for my 2 year old and parking was validated by the hotel. I'm definitely coming back to this hotel the next time I'm in Philadelphia.
Perfect location for museums. ||Beds were comfortable, liked having a fridge and microwave in room. ||Check out the lobby for maps and discounts to local places. $10 off $50 spend in Hard Rock. Also 10% of Big Brother cheesesteak.||Front of hotel was noisy from the fire station across the road. ||||Hotel looks lovely, but the rooms really do need renovating.
Food was delicious and drinks were spot on! Excellent customer service at the bar by Carol! Very nice and my margarita was DELISH! Was timely with delivery of food and drinks. Everyone seems to love her. She’s attentive and courteous. Give her a raise!!!!
Excellent service! Lincoln was the best part of the stay so far in the dining area. Breakfast was amazing! We noticed this piece of art on the wall. I definitely think something like this sound be framed ! The tack pins were tacky (no pun intended).
I gave it 5 stars because I had a wonderful, quick stay here recently. Its a standard hotel so have the right expectations. Location was great for us (Philly is surprisingly awesome!), and parking garage on-site made everything very easy. Staff was great and rooms were clean and comfy. Cant ask for more than that.
We stayed the weekend and found this hotel very clean and comfortable. The pool is smaller than it looks in the pics, but it is a nice touch to a comfortable stay. Our room was spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The lobby staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is great right by Old City with plenty of restaurants and watering holes nearby. It is about a block or two from the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a room downtown.
