Came for a birthday weekend for our twins. Decided to stop by to grab breakfast after checkout. First thing we noticed was the tier breakdown for cost. We are a family of six (2 adults, 12yo, 9yo, and 5yo twins) and were relieved to see the cost breakdown for the kids. Helps save on our wallets! ||Sandy was the host and she was super kind and sweet. There was a 20min wait and we didn’t mind. She sat us promptly and apologized for the wait (we truly didn’t mind and the kids were decent lol). She had crayons and coloring sheets ready for the kids, which was super helpful!! (Thank you Sandy!)||We were greeted by Richard, who took our drink order and told us to go ahead with to the buffet. He checked on us and was great with refills. Super pleasant & kind as well. ||We were also helped by Debra and Heather! The entire staff was a pleasure to be around and truly made the end of our weekend memorable. Thank you!!!
Sandy & Debra are fantastic. They are attentive, kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. They also shared interesting stories about life in Florida and the food was delicious. Will definitely come again. We ate freshly made veggie & cheese egg white omelets, fresh cut fruits, pastries and potatoes. They even have an assortment tiny individual toppings. Very nice.
I stayed here a few weeks ago for work. The facility and rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would like to highlight Cesar and Brandon at the bar, their service was absolutely excellent and really made my stay more enjoyable. You can tell this hotel puts an emphasis on customer experience based on how friendly and helpful the staff were.
This is a great resort and a tremendous value! The property is beautiful, the Bonnet Creek location is perfect, and the amenities are fantastic. It’s like staying in a Disney Premium resort, without the Disney rates. The staff is always friendly and professional. Plus, unlike most Disney properties, it is pet friendly, which is important to us. The rooms are all spacious, clean and comfortable. It has definitely become our “go to” resort at Disney! We love it!
A truly lovely hotel right in the middle of Disney World. We stayed here for the Wine & Dine Half Marathon and it worked out perfectly. Yes, we had to drive to the race, but that was quick and easily done. The room and all areas of the hotel were very clean and the food was reasonably priced and excellent. Next time we go to Orlando, we will stay here! Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful family event and a great time at this hotel. Karen Adams, Richard and Debra were great assisting us. Their service was memorable and special as we celebrated our Aunt’s birthday! We enjoyed breakfast at the Tesoro Cove two mornings in a row.
My family loved the Wyndham Grand! Typically, when we do Disney, we try to stay on property so that we don't have to worry about transportation, however, we wanted to switch things up a bit and have a little more space. The rooms were gorgeous and the lazy rivers were so relaxing. You can get amazing views of the fireworks from your room as well. They do also provide a shuttle (it has interesting times), but the driver was incredible and has cold waters, Gatorades, and candy. The parking and resort fees are a little high in my opinion, but it's Orlando so ????????♀️. Overall, an amazing experience with fantastic service from check in to check out.
Big resort, lots to do for the family of everything works. The Rooms are spacious but we experienced lots of mishaps. They say they do room service, access to amenities, and activities at your leisure They say they deliver food to the towers and we tried 3 times and no one had any idea what we were talking about. We paid over $100 in arcade games and maybe half worked with 0% reimbursement. Restaurants were closed and they locked the entrances to towers (our tower) so you had to walk around and try to find a way in. When I told them our tower was locked, they told me to walk to the main entrance and figure it out. The resort has potential but things simply don’t work or are broken and they don’t care at all.
